I stayed here four nights for a conference and it was excellent. All staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms look new and were very useful and convenient. The food in our meeting functions was very good. The location is great - amazing restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
I stayed here as part of an annual meeting group and trade show. The hotel was beyond my expectations, and one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in years. The staff and service were amazing, the rooms are well appointed, and the surrounding area was very cool. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and historical sites all within walking distance. Well done, I will be back!
Accommodations and service was outstanding. The location of the hotel made it easy to walk to shops, restaurants and attractions. The service at the lounges and restaurants was outstanding. Southern Hospitality at its BEST!
The Hotel was Beautiful the Lobby is stunning especially with the music of the piano and the Harp, However you need to buy a coffee pot for your guest instead of making them wait and purchase it for $5.00 a cup at 6am and never tell a guest you could walk down to gas station if you do not want to wait.
Fantastic location. My room was near the elevator and I was not bothered by any extra noise. Very comfy accommodations. Great rain shower and marble bath, well lighted vanity and an extra lighted magnifying mirror was a nice touch No coffee maker in the room. Fridge made up for that. Period furniture was visually appealing and provided ample storage. A nice change from the ultra modern sleek cookie cutter hotels I’m accustomed to. Outgoing polite and friendly staff at every turn. Excited to return!
A lovely, high end experience with beautiful, clean room. Club level was the way to go with turn down service and access to food and beverages throughout the day. Good area just off of King St for shopping and next to the Market. Just really lovely.
Don’t let the nightly rate discourage a visit. Wonderful hotel with service that exceeds expectations! Excellent food, plush rooms and a staff that was amazing. Not one negative word about our stay. One of the top 3 hotels that I’ve ever stayed with. We will cone back to Charleston because of this property.
This a great property, centrally located, terrific service, beautiful rooms! The Club floor is a real treat, don't miss high tea or cocktails in the club! Charleston is a great foody location, FIG, Halls Chophouse and Lewis Barbecue make for a spectacular few days!
We had an excellent stay at The Charleston Place. The staff was wonderful and the room was very nice. The pool and hot tub were great and the pool bar was a hidden gem on the pool deck. The lobby bar was nice for a nightcap.
A fantastic hotel in the heart of downtown Charleston - highly recommended whether its for business or pleasure. Very comfortable, excellent services and a high standard of customer service to make your stay just perfect.
