no spicy chicken no season on chicken like salt no wings wanted me to wait til they drop some really love church's for spicy chicken sad not good anymore
The customer services was awful and will never return. I was waiting at drive thru for a few minutes, and I said; "Hello", and the young lady said, "I asked you to hold and if you can't hold then you can". My sister was on the phone on the speaker in my car, and she said; " T what in the word did she just said?". I said you heard here, very nasty and rude. So i finally drove up to the window, Ma'am ,did you place your order? No. Well you need to go back around and place your order. I said never mind that, don't you think you were rude. No I don't, as she reply. All I could say is that you customer service needs a lot of work, and this job is not were you need to be working.
This evening @ 6:15 churches was asking customers to wait 20 min for their order. Reason: they were cooking to order. So I waited. Chicken great as usual.
Slow service! Puddle of water at drive thru order position with flying bugs.
Their customer interaction and manners are poor. Also they play around too much when that could be time to get an order done

Sat in the Drive-Thru for 25 minutes just to see how long it would take to get my order in while waiting five people drove off one person who already ordered drove off before picking up their food I love Church's Chicken but this service is terrible there were three cars in front of me I ordered three piece combo with fries and a unsweet tea with lemonade I got a sweet tea
the last 3 times ive been there its been awesome all around. keep up the good wotk.
Who is the worst meal I've ever had from there. The okra was burnt the biscuits were falling all apart the mashed potatoes didn't taste right and the chicken was undercooked.
Ordered chicken and okra the okra they sold me was burnt to hell and the chicken was to salty so I went back the manager there has a very nasty attitude and the guy that came to the window was very nasty also.And yes I sent an email to corporate office I will be calling first thing Monday morning to tell them how NASTY their staff are.
