Chicken was hot and delicious. The speaker was not working, but personnel were very helpful and polite, taking orders at the window and expediting as quickly as possible.
Way to slow, and the drive thru speak was out so you had to wait to order at the window. The food was good.
The lady that serviced us was nice but it took so long to get our food because she and one other person was the only ones working....
It's always closed by 6 pm . I wonder if they even open . Because everytime we come its closed.
3 stars seemed like a better ball park to rate it cause the chicken and biscuits were good but the ladies were super nice regardless of the long line they had so that's why I jumped them up an extra star. Hopefully they'll always carry that genuine hospitality!
On-line ad calls for 10:00 PM closing. Drove 7 mile to your Charleston SC store, arrived at 9:40 to a completely locked down store.Never again!

The pieces of chicken were small and greasy! The cashier was also less than helpful in deciding a combo option.
