We only ordered from them because they were near our hotel, delivered and the desk clerk recommended them. BIG Mistake. Everything on the pupu platter was overcooked and our two tofu dishes lacked any flavor. Never again!
I ordered General Tso chicken takeout. I got home and started eating and saw a shrimp in my meal. Shortly after that I got very sick in the sink, I have a shrimp allergy. After I got better I called them and was told they would refund my money. Then the woman asked for a picture of the shrimp. I told her it went down the sink with the rest of the food that came back up. Then she started saying “it’s never going to happen” and “you refuse to send a picture” and “there was no shrimp”. Ultimately she hung up on me. $28 down the sink, literally. I will never eat here again. I even tipped them $3 when I picked it up. Hopefully my credit card company will be able to help block the charge.
I ordered delivery the person who took my order argued with me about a tip over the phone. The lady who delivered called me several times from several different numbers to hound me for a tip, sent me text messages. Completely harassed me. This is her second time the first time I gave her a tip and she consistently asked for more and began to get louder. Tips are not requirements! She went as far as to send me her cash app. I felt very uncomfortable and forced! Also it’s as if they make up the prices of food as they go. Every price is new and higher than the next. The rice lacks flavor, and the noodles are watery. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! There are better places for Chinese.

Best Chinese place in Charleston. Food is always fantastic, great prices, free delivery for downtown Charleston. Kind of hard to get if you don’t live on the peninsula but worth it
I called around 9:54 and place an order for delivery, gave the female who took my order gave her my debit card number over the phone then said did you want to add a tip for delivery and with an attitude so I said no. So she decided that she was just going to be rude so I told her that you have a nasty attitude when I'm paying you, so she decided she wanted to argue so I hang up on her. They didn't close until 10:30 so I waited on my food that never came so they took my money but never delivered my food went by and they were closed didn't have the professionalism to call me and say we're going to refund your money, they will never ever have to worry about getting my money trust and believe cause without customers you will not have a restaurant.. didn't even want to give a star at all, trust and believe I will be getting my money.
Good customer service. Orders are processed quickly.

I order lunch from here frequently. Food is always yummy and delivered quickly. They are definitely my go to place. Portions are big enough for lunch for two days, that is definitely a plus!! :) Keep up the good work Chopsticks House!!
