This is one of the worst Chipotles I’ve experienced. More often than not, they are running out of food items in the middle of the work day. Not just items like peppers or guacamole, but things like chicken and steak. It is either due to lazy employees, or poor management. Also, the portion size is around 60% of every other Chipotle I’ve experienced. One might expect a restaurant in downtown Charleston to have a higher quality of service, but sadly, this is not the case.

This restaurant is hazardous to health. The tables were filthy and they had garbage laying around on them they they had trash cans overflowing. I asked one of the people there please to clean a table so that we could sit down and eat. I was told that it was short Staffed. I Was totally disgusted not only with the state of this place and how filthy it was but also with the attitude of the stuff when we asked that we could have a table cleaned, and also no napkins. In this time of covid I am totally disgusted that a company would allow this place to be even open it is hazardous to health I would suggest you go anywhere else but this restaurant.

Two hours before closing they had run out of so many key items that I ended up with a burrito that was filled with rice and mild salsa. I would have preferred to have Sofritas or chicken but the containers were empty. There was no sour cream or lettuce and the guacamole was so brown it looked inedible! The staff there was very rude and snapped at the customer before me when she asked a question about why there wasn't any back up food! The pick up orders were being filled with all the food that they were out of up front! Why was that??

Typically, chipotle is the go-to spot for decent hispanic food on the fly; however, this chipotle can not be trusted. the establishment is unkept, employees fail to get your order right and the food is always lackluster at best. I don't hardly ever take the time to write a review, but after several visits followed by consistent disappointment, I felt the need to save others from making the same mistake as myself. Go to Taco Boy instead.

I’ve been to several Chipotle’s, this was the first time I had a HORRIBLE experience. The kids that are “running” this place, and making the food are disgusting. First off, their completely incoherent, I wonder why? Secondly, do you want incoherent kids with nose rings hanging out, and have no personal hygiene making your food? The food prep area was filthy as well as the restrooms. Place is disgusting, never visiting another Chipotle EVER after seeing this store.

Went to king street Chipotle last night, and they were out of almost everything. Didn't feel like walking tonight so ordered Door dash. Dish looks terrible, I would taste it but no silverware. Get it together king street Chipotle.

This was the most horrible service I have ever experienced. They are always out of 3 or more things, either you have to pay only in cash or order online and don’t forget they take a light year to make something so simple. I work in the food business and this is beyond atrocious. I never leave bad reviews but this. This chipotle is nauseatingly horrible.

This location is absolutely awful. I was only given chicken in a burrito. None of the other ingredients I ordered came inside the burrito. Either the staff doesn’t care or they aren’t provided enough ingredients.

Stopped in on work trip due to close proximity to hotel.Chipotle in Texas always gladly makes you a quesadilla - tried to order one here and the employees said they wouldn’t make it unless I ordered on the app.Went with a veggie burrito instead - this is supposed to include guacamole since there’s no meat - was charged full price but they were out of the fajita veggies and guac - so basically ended up with a rice and black bean burrito - this is something they should warn customers of before ordering. Not sure how you mess up a tortilla, but they did it! It was so tough I couldn’t bite into it - worst tortilla I’ve had at a Chipotle. I ended up throwing 70% of my meal in the trash and left hungry.Avoid this place - it is not a reliable choice like you’d expect.

They always have some issue. Sometimes you get there and there is a sign that they accept online orders only. Sometimes they have only chicken and no other meat. Today after 15 minutes in line they said rhere were no bowls available Food is decent but they do a terrible job in customer relationships.
