I’m not one to write bad reviews but I’m an extremely busy person and don’t have time to play games all day. I went and got two iced coffees and a small fry. They forgot the sauces so I had to eat dry fries and then when I went to go drink the coffee I literally spit it out because it was horrid tasting. I don’t know if the coffee was spoiled or what. I called just to notify them and they said oh well if you want to come back we can give you another iced coffee. I’m not gonna drive 20 minutes out of my way to get an iced coffee that I already paid for. Basically took an hour out of my day to go get dinner and wasn’t even able to eat it because it was so bad.
Very very delicious food from a well known brand. The workers are very nice and respectful and funny too. The one problem is the orders on always never getting what I ordered. Overall amazing place?
I NEVER check my chick-fil-a order because I trust them to get it right. There are times when they may forget ketchup or sauce but this time they forgot the chicken AND toppings ? I ordered this via the app and picked up in the drive thru on Tuesday night for lunch on Wednesday. I didn't check it until I took it out of the chick-fil-a bag to put it in my lunch bag on Wednesday morning so imagine my shock and disappointment. The whole purpose of me getting lunch the night before was because I was going to be stuck in a meeting past my lunch time. The manager did tell me to stop back by so they could remake my salad correctly and I did however it was an inconvenience. I'll be checking my food at this particular chick-fil-a from now on.
I will run through if i forget my lunch as it is so close to work and quick. Curbside pick up was closed so had to do drive thru. No biggy. Michael (as it says on ticket) took my order. It’s cold outside but he was still upbeat and made my day!
I have to say I enjoy Chick-fil-A very much but my last two visits have not been good. They usually get my order right but the last visit I didn't receive what ordered. I even mentioned that to the lady that took my order. I usually order the 2 piece children chicken strips. Each time they gave me the nuggets which contained 4 very small nuggets. I should checked my order but didn't think I needed too. So by the time I opened it I was half way back to work.I guess they figure if a child is eating it it doesnt matter
Alright look, the gentleman Michael working the drive thru is one hell of a guy. I’ve never met anyone more genuine or down to earth. I hope he’s blessed and can move up with the company! He deserves it!
This review isn’t even about the food, but about an employee named Michael. We went through the drive-thru, and he was by far the best, most hospitable, coolest employee we’ve come across here. He definitely deserves a raise ✊?
I usually love getting food fast and fresh from Chick-fil-a, but this location struggles to hand out quality orders. I've run into problems on numerous occasions from here, the last time being where I ordered a milkshake to-go and waited 15 minutes while I thought I saw them set down a milkshake on the counter 10 minutes prior. When I went up to the counter to ask about my order, they turned around and grabbed that exact milkshake which was half melted by then.It seemed like chaos there, they need to work on getting peoples orders out efficiently.
I would normally give them a 5 star rating but lately they have been forgetful and seem to being slower by the day! I did a mobile order and several things were forgotten in my bag, not only I have to pull up and wait for lord know what! When I tried to call and let them know items were missing for a refund since I had already gotten home no one answered the phone and I tried calling several times! Come on chick fil a y’all are better than this!
Chick fil a is always good. No complaints about them ever. I've never had a bad experience with them. The food is always delicious, and the service is always top notch. I'll recommend them to anyone who asks.
