First things first I expected better from chick-fil-A. I waited 15 minutes AT THE WINDOW TO GET MY FOOD. The young man working OUTSIDE the window was rude, eating food( while handing out orders. ? ) and didn't even give me my entire order. Once I got to where I was going and saw HALF my order was missing I called and called and NO ONE would answer the phone. This was THE WORST VISIT ? IVE ever had at chick - fil- A.
Horrible location, the food was stale and looked like it was crushed and thrown in the bag.. the long wait time was over ridiculous and I. the end I didn't even the food I paid for! The manager didn't care and hung up on me. So disappointed in there service. I guess I will not be going here no more. Spent 32.00 to not eat! BAD..BAD..BAD!!!!!!!!!!

I would normally NEVER give Chick-fil-A a low rating, but this particular location needs better management. Food order was incorrect, lines were long and slow. We had to go back to the restaurant after realizing items were not in our bag. Get it together. We shouldn't have to pay and have a bad experience.
My coke tasted more like carbonated water I had to throw it out, my fries but it was was mostly small pieces but it was fresh and the grill chicken sandwich was the 1st and last time ordering that I just didn't enjoy it at all. Today must not my day becz usually everything is good.
Good food, little difficult to access due to location right off one of the busiest urban roads (too many cars). Same quality of food you expect at any chick fil a. Great service
My breakfast usual is a frosted coffee with an egg white grill which is amazing but today I tried out their biscuits with strawberry jelly and it was even more amazing! Definitely recommend
Made me late for work by making me pull over for an egg white grill just to give my order to another customer. I ordered at 8:11 am and didn’t receive my food until 8:28….nobody offered a refund everyone thought it was funny when I found no humor I had to be to work by 8:30 and it’s 8:28 getting my food then when I finally get the food. It looked like they just threw it together! Bread was cold and soggy, egg white was BROWN and the little piece of chicken I waited almost 20 mins for was SKIMP, cheese all over the wrapper! Then I called to discuss my concerns I was met with “what’s wrong with the sandwich, you can come back and get a refund” MAAM IM ALREADY LATE FOR WORK IM NOT COMING BACK FOR 5 dollars! No apologies! If I could give zero stars I would the one star is for the sweet people in the drive thru.

the worst experience of all the line was super slow and they only had one person taking orders in the afternoon (he was kind and made me laugh) but when I got to the window there was a girl named Paola, who gave me the worst service, she threw me the food and things were missing, and the strawberry milkshake didn't even taste like strawberry, the worst service, never expect that from chick Fil A I don't recommend this place at all.?
