Horrible Service. My order took 30+ minutes but that’s not even the bad part. When i pulled up to the window, neither of the three people there acknowledged me nor asked for my name for 20 minutes. I saw other bags with bigger orders than mine go out. 15+ cars got their food before mine which was three orders of chicken minis. I saw a bag that had more chicken minis than i had order leave before I did. Im still sitting here actually waiting for my food going on 35 mins.
Waited in line for over 20 minutes for a breakfast combo. My biscuit was absolutely horrible. I had no biscuit whatsoever and the chicken in between it was very fatty and tasted odd to me. It seems to me that there is no quality control here at all. I don’t know if it’s just this location but I prefer Mount Pleasant location they are much better.
Listen, love this chickfila. Food is always pretty good but the workers can be pretty rude at times. Came in early one morning and some young girl waved her hand in front of my car to move, naturally I went to move to the other lane, only for her to wave both at her arms and take a step so I would stop because the car behind me had started moving first. No apology, just an 'didn't mean to alarm you'. This isn't the first time this has happened. I understand it gets busy, but it's so frustrating to be waved at and looked at like your inconveniencing the workers. Makes me not want to come honestly.
I am never going to this place again. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I placed a mobile order and went inside so pick it up and waited an hour before I left. I left with no food. The restaurant was packed with people asking where their food was. Clearly under staffed or something. No customers were overly friendly like they usually are at chick fil a.
Stopped by twice during our vacation. They never seemed to have their act together. Breakfast sandwiches were cold and the fries were soggy. (Went on two different days too) truly disappointed in this Chik Fil A. Definitely not what the brand stands for.
Usually excellent service and food but yesterday was a disaster. Out of fries, pickles, and most sides. Took over 20 minutes to get food because they lost track of our order. Milkshake melted by the time we finally got it. Employees seemed to be playing games and throwing straws at each other. Chicken in chicken sandwich was overcooked. More like Chick-fail-A.
Today I placed a curbside pickup order 10 count minis and hash brown at 7:20am. I didn’t receive my order after checking in. I waited 30 minutes and then I had to leave for work. I called the manager to complain she told me the kitchen is short staffed and they are trying to best they can. I ask her to have Brandon, the general manager to call me as this is the second time in 2 weeks my order was any issue. He was due in a little after 8. No call so I used my break and went back 6 miles down to restaurant and walking inside. Only one at counter and still no one addressed me within 3 minutes. I asked for manager and she told me that Brandon had not made it in yet. I notice a male in a different chick fila shirt walk in with me and was standing in the vicinity to hear my ask for a manager but he made no effort to assist rather pondering the mail in his hand. I ask female manager who was owner operator and she said Jason. Jason made zero attempts to address or acknowledge me to find out my concern. Rather avoided me and walked away. Well this is it for FOLLY ROAD CHICK FILA for me. Order received 1 hour 20 mins later. I wonder if I wasn’t black would this be the same result? #frustratedatbest
Reliable quick food. Stoped by here while traveling and got the same service as back home. Moved us thru quickly even with a long line and served food with a smile.
I'm surprised to have to write a negative review on chivk fil a but came thru the drive thru about 10am. I asked the going lady if i could order some grilled nuggets she said that would be fine. I placed my order payed then sat in line for 10 minutes to be told they were not going to fill my order. Lame.
This Chick Filet is the worst restaurant on James Island. Food is fair, but usually part of the order is wrong or missing. You Do not get a receipt unless you demand it. No consideration in customer service. The management is not honest. If you are lucky enough to get the right order with no confusion and with no wait time, no melted shakes or cold food, consider yourself lucky! The management is driven by money rather than taking care of the customers. My most recent encounter at this Chick Filet was being asked to buy the same food twice. The (what she calls herself manager) waited for me to call my credit card company while my food sit getting cold. I have never been asked to run my credit card twice. Finally, she confessed that she wasn’t the manager. With the customer service protocol this Chick Filet uses, can you even imagine what these servers do with the food before you eat it??? DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
