The girl taking orders, obviously couldn't hear or understand what I was saying. Both had masks on and plastic between us. Had to repeat numerous times to get order correct. Frustrating!!

Every Chic-fil-a I’ve been to has been amazing and I go here and I question if I really like Chick-fil-A anymore. I went there twice and had cold hard fries and the employees were very rude. This location sucks and if I was the manager I would fire all of these workers. I have worked in fast food and this is unacceptable.
The workers are so rude. I saw this woman yelling at another worker for dropping a cup. Definitely not a good experience. They don’t offer sauces or ever say my pleasure. They need some new workers or do a day of remanagment. Never have I seen a bad chick fil a
It's Chick-fil-A, so it pains me to say this, but this location is not up to standard. From the employees to the cleanliness it is severely lacking. Probably largely because the local hungover college students don't care. But if you want clean floors, pleasant employees, please make the drive to another location and don't experience this black spot on the Chick-fil-A brand.
Hands down the absolute worst CFA I've ever been to. It's run by Aramark, which is likely the issue. Service is slow, but not like regular Southern slow....like lazy slow. Very clear that things are not done the CFA way, don't expect an "my pleasures" here. A company that runs prison cafeterias operating a Chick-Fil-A????? I will not be returning.
I ordered 2 #1 combos and a medium lemonade. $19+! I was told that their prices are different from other Chick-fil-A because they are on the college of Charleston's campus. So, what that tells me is they are taking advantage of college students and overcharging them and using Aramark as an excuse for doing so. I think that is very messed up. Many college kids are struggling and for them to Jack the prices up on a campus that is wrong it should be the opposite. I'm very disappointed in Chick-fil-A!
Customer service is without a doubt not up to par. Employees are extremely unprofessional and rude. It makes absolutely no sense how slow the service is.
