no communication, 30 min wait. Uber eats on a promotional night, practically stole my time away from bonus. non professional attitude.swearing... if you don't like your job do something else. definitely gonna follow up with Corpcertainly not a friendly place under high volume...
Placed a mobile online order, sat in line for 25 mins and watched SEVERAL cars go thru the drive thru lane. When I asked the clerk what the hold up was he caught a major attitude and the other employee informed e that the drive thru lane is their priority and we had to wait!!! Not to mention I saw the male employee reach his hands down his pants to scratch himself several times then touch people's food!!!! I almost threw up!!!
I think there was only one employee doing everything, or, they were sure taking their time.Chicken strips were old and cold. The burger was a tad fresher but not by much.The fries were actually hot and fresh.No customer service at all.
I arrived at checkers about 1230 am 4/12/22, a nice gentleman greeted me. He advise me that I would have to wait for his coworker to take my order. I waited patiently then Ashley took my order with much attitude, then gave me too much money. She snatched the money back, gave me correct change and slammed the window in my face. If that wasn’t enough insult for a burger, Ashley goes inside and starts to talk about me, as if I couldn’t hear her. A horrible experience for a burger, not to mention a 28 min wait. I had a free burger card that someone from checkers gave me. Ashley refused the card. Ashley said I had to have a code for the card as if I stole the card from checkers somehow I think she just doesn’t like
Yesterday 3/18/22 approx between 10:20-10:50 pm. I witness a worker female pick up a handful of fries bare hand.And put it in the food container while preparing food. I immediately ask for my refund she try to deny it, start getting smart at the mouth. Her and her crew members start trying to get aggressive like they wanted to fight. Highly recommended don’t go there we already living in a pandemic germs is everywhere.And before she touch those fries she just took money and other unsanitary objects.
Customer service has gotten better. The food was fresh and they did get my order correct.
They get my order right but I give 3 stars because they take forever just to take your order..they take one order then wait till that customer has drove off before they even take the next order..as I write this I am in line for almost 20 mins and I’m only the third car in line. Got to do better with speed
It's been awhile since I've been to checkers but just one really wasn't bad. As always very fast through the drive-thru as they have two sides
This Checkers location on Remount Road is a well managed Checkers that is a reliable stop for all things sandwiches, fries, and much more when you are hungry and need something fast. It is easy to get in and out with exactly what you need for a good value. I have had a positive experience every time I have been here.
