Excellent food and service! Taylor took extremely good care of us - the owner came over several times to check in us as well. We’ll be back!

Food and service never disappoint at Burwells

Second time here. Excessive noise, difficult to engage in conversation. Steaks were very good in seasoning and tenderness. Just too much fat in the rib steak. Waygu was perfect. Last time GM came to our table and engaged us in conversation. This time. Just a fleeting how’s your meal. Waiter forgot it was birthday celebration.

The food was outstanding! I ate the 8oz wagyu and let me tell you that was absolutely amazing! The flavors were immaculate and paired really well with the southern presentation. The service was quite impeccable as well as we all interacted together and he knew quite a lot about the menu and other stuff as well. I sincerely, without a doubt recommend this place for anyone who is a fan of meat!

Amazing service and delicious food! The steaks were fantastic and I love that they have bernaise sauce. Must try the deviled eggs appetizer and the mac n cheese!!!

The menu was to limited , the price was to expensive. The atmosphere was dim. The service was to slow and no bread on menu. I will never dine at Burrell again.

mouthwatering delicious, Worth every penny! Burwell's is a part of our plan every time we visit Charleston.

Great service and food. Dining room was loud and a bit smoky throughout the meal but was enjoyable. Will be back.

Awesome food

The food, waiter and bartender were all amazing 10/10. The hostess was very rude. Lied to us that the restaurant was running behind. After waiting for 30 minutes I asked when our table would ready. They informed us they wouldn’t sit us until our entire party was there (we had 5/6- #6 plane was delayed 2 hours). We asked the bartender if we could sit at the bar table and eat there, they said yes. I told the hostess we were going to sit at the bar. She asked if I talked to the bartender, I said yes I asked and they were okay with it. We ordered appetizers and then the hostess came over and told us we couldn’t eat there. If they had been honest from the beginning and not so rude maybe it would’ve been different. I genuinely feel bad leaving this review because I enjoy Burwell’s so much and they have some of the best food in the area. It’s disappointing one person can ruin an entire experience.
