Stopped by 3 days in a row for a biscuit at 6 am.Girl with attitude says " What you want ".Gave my order, shes says we don't have biscuits. Want a bunch. Definitely needs some customers service training.

And I knew I shouldn't have stopped at this dang on Bojangles. Even from the parking lot I knew it was a bad idea but you know what I tried anyways. So I won't lie the cashier was very pleasant. So let's get to this food first I didn't have a biscuit I had a briket. Darn biscuit so hard can't eat it and jelly did not help. Next the chicken was mushy so I'm assuming that's undercooked cuz I don't work at Bojangles. Then somebody had the nerve to put white gravy breakfast gravy at that on lunch potatoes disgusting. Oh and they didn't have nothing to drink but mountain dew not even tea. Bojangles you need to do better and don't blame it on the pandemic all the employees cuz they were in there with a smile

By far the worst run fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Slow service in the drive thru. Slow service in the store. The word “slow” doesn’t adequately describe how bad it is. Employees just chit-chatting instead of taking orders, then once they actually take your order, it’s another long wait before you get your food. The food is good, but nothing else about this restaurant is. It gets one star only because zero isn’t an option.

Customer service is NOT a priority there! They never open on time. I go bc the food is good and it's the only thing open on my way to work in the a.m. I will say that the drive through moves pretty fast when they do decide to open. Was just there this morning, sign says they open at 5:30, I got there at 5:40 and guess what... Not open!??‍♂️

I typically love this location but not today, I don’t mind waiting a long time even for fast food. But when I wait 36 minutes just to get the the order wrong and shorted. I couldn’t even go back in line because it was backed up to the road! I ordered two LARGE Cajun fillet biscuit meals with a LARGE sweet tea and a sausage biscuit , I was given ONE Cajun biscuit with a SMALL FRIE AND A MEDIUM FRIE(no seasoning at all btw) ONE MEDIUM tea and a sausage biscuit! Completely ruined my mood and day appreciate that!

Every time I'm in the area, I gotta stop at Bojangles. They had the biscuits, the chicken, and the chicken sandwich. All were delicious. Gotta get that in ya life. I'm cool with y'all bringing this franchise to Austin TX. No pictures taken but they all were devoured pretty quickly.

Bojangles is alright! It's really a hit or miss type of restaurant. One day you can get fresh food the next day or even in the same day if you go back, the fries are so cold and hard to chew. The biscuits is not fresh. I got a bo berry biscuit and it was hard and they poured the whole bottle of cream on it. I didn't want to take it back bc if you can serve a customer that, no telling what will happen if I ordered again!

The drive-thru was a bit of a wait. It took a some minutes for someone to answer the speaker. It seem like the speaker for drive-thru had some technical problems. The line was pretty long since dining room was closed. Even if the dining was open the line would probably still be long. Although it took awhile to get my food, it was worth the wait. The food was fresh and hot. I ate the biscuit first and it was fluffy and not flat. The grits was just right and not watery or lumpy. Big ups to the cook because the food was straight slamming with high five's. Overall, the whole breakfast platter was fantastic for the early morning. Thanks to the staff for your hard work.

I love Bojangles. Great food when they have it! No biscuits...no bacon. If you order a 12piece, expect to wait 30* minutes for it. I would also check your order before pulling away. The corporate office doesn't even want to know how bad it is anymore.

Cashier working the drive-thru last week stole my daughter’s card info & tried to buy around $600 worth of things online. The bank caught it in time, but I’d advise people to pay with cash here.
