Slow. Didn't expect any one to order chicken????No management to speak of. Horribly operated. Probably due to the help. They didn't care one bit about themselves or anything. I was hungry so I closed my eyes and just ate most of my chicken sandwich. Fries were cold. Want go back and that used to be one of my favorite stops on the way to folly.
I've stopped here 2 days in a row trying to get a 3 year old biscuits and gravy. Both times the same girl was really rude... the first time we were at the drive thru. Before she even acknowledged we were trying to order she came over the intercom saying... what u frend to get ?? We don't got no chicken, we don't got no sides, so what you frend to get ?? My husband was so disgusted by her attitude he said nothing and drove off. Tonight there was a few people in line. Knowing how she was the night before I went in. She tells me with her back turned that they don't have chicken . I explained to her I only wanted biscuits and gravy for the baby. I was told they didn't have gravy either. I would like to know what you were serving the other people in line both nights. You also do not need to be working in customer service . If it was because we were white (and I'm pretty certain is was ) you have more issues than being rude . I've worked customer service and was nice to people that didn't deserve it in the first place.There is another bojangles on Ashley phosphate we tried to get his food at. One guy was outside smoking and the other was eating in the lobby with his head set on. No one taking orders.
Was just at Bojangles at 740 Folly rd In Charleston SC and was so dirty, trash cans over flowing out side and in the parking lot. The bathroom (ladies room) pretty much the same way, toilet paper all over the floor. I don’t think they never clean it. Not a healthy place at this time with Covid still on the rise. This place should be condemned.
This place really ticked me off. I set in line for 45 minutes then one I got to the speaker said I had two separate orders, the lady was rude! You have to put both one ticket I can't take two....like what! So I go to order she says you can't use two coupons on one ticket! Like I just said I had two separate orders. Then she said unless you want to come inside. Like I just waited in this line for almost an hour. I wasn't getting out of line to come inside. I just got one order (and that was half cold) and left. Nope will not be back! Not satisfied at all. And they all need to learn how to talk through a speaker...
Zero cars in line so I went through. Rudest drive through experience prob in my life. Barked at me and then said “you can ask for your mustard at the window” so when I did they looked annoyed - I said “just one” the other lady almost threw them all in my car!! Meanwhile the tall manager who took my order rudely was straight slam texting on her phone leaning over the grill in front of me. I see the good in people but this bunch apparently despises being here and possibly the people who they serve.
BoJangles on Folly Road Charleston SC definitely needs new management!! My husband and I have been several times trying to give them the opportunity to redeem themselves. Each time we had to wait on the chicken to cook, NEVER has coleslaw, NEVER received gravy for our mashed potatoes and when we get home they ALWAYS forget or just don’t care enough to double check themselves because one or several items we ordered in the family box isn’t there!! We always go anywhere from 4:00 to 6:00 pm!! In our opinion those hours are usually dinner time!! Needless to say we won’t be going back anytime soon!!!!
Gave us cold fries with no seasoning, not even salt, after already getting the order wrong. Long wait time. Sign said dining room was open but only drive thru was.
This was my first visit to Bojangles on James Island. I placed my order and it was given to me very quickly! I had one problem with my order, and they solved it very quickly. The staff are helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is great! Great food at good prices!
Went twice over a 3 week span, service was OK at best. My order was wrong the first time so I kept it and drove back thru and ordered again rather than causing a scene....it was wrong again. 2nd visit food was cold. ?♂️ My worst bojangles experience in years. Drive to Mt Pleasant or go somewhere else.
I cannot describe how utterly RUDE the person taking orders at the drive thru was. Some young sounding guy was so annoyed with me that I asked for a minute to look at the menu. Gave me 30 seconds then yelled back if I was ready yet. Then, not only talked to me like I was stupid, but had to slow down his speech and raise his voice to make sure I understood the difference between Pepsi and coke products because I accidentally said I wanted coke twice and they only had Pepsi. Great way to start the morning before work.
