They were great there my son wants to come in Baskin Robbins . He was loud it but he's 32 years old and Autism. I needed another my friend has a Autism Son too to help out . Im sorry he got loud. The workers were fantastic. Understanding. Excellence workers !!!
Change your closing time to nine. Google says you close at 10 and we drove to the window at 9:35 and they were rude and said they were closed.
This Baskin-Robbins on Ashley River Road in West Ashley is a well managed Baskin-Robbins that is a consistent source for ice cream and cool treats. I really like the location of the store and being able to get in and out with exactly what you need. I have been happy with all of the orders that I have made from here.
Arrived to this location around 9:10 and got into the drive thru line with about 4 cars in front of me and 2 cars behind me. On google their hours stated they closed at 10:00 p.m. After waiting in the line for almost 15 minutes a young man working there comes out and tells us that they close in about 8 minutes. I said okay well will it be easier if I come in and place my order and he says, “no you can’t do that, I’m about to start mopping”. So, after waiting almost 15 minutes I’m basically told that I can no longer place my order if the line doesn’t move before their closing time. Very bad customer service and a waste of my time.
