If the food wasn’t good, this place would not be open. Every time I’ve placed an order over the phone, I get yelled at for asking questions, hung up on before I’m done ordering, and treated like the biggest inconvenience for ordering from their restaurant. Even in person, you wait 45 mins for cold food and still treated poorly. The only saving grace is good food…when it’s hot…and if you don’t mind getting treated like garbage
The staff here act as if their customers are their biggest inconvenience. I very nicely asked the already visibly annoyed lady in the kitchen to correct my order today. She proceeded to make a scene in front of the entire restaurant blaming me for the mistake.I had been really looking forward to coming here and getting what I ordered ever since it was recommended to me by a family member. Unfortunately, I did not get to try that today and will not get to try it in the future because I will never subject myself to this treatment by returning to this establishment ever again. No one should support a place that acts in such a hateful manner towards their customers.
Great bagels. Get there early because it's popular and they can run out.
Great bagels!!Almost like N.Y.!!
Just waited 45 minutes to end up with an ice cold breakfast bagel. They just never called my order or or set my order out as I stood next to the table for 45 minutes. Asked the cashier what the deal was and there was no remorse at all. Still paid for two sandwiches that sat there for 45 MINUTES
Got a bagel with butter and it was absolutely DISGUSTING. The best way to describe the taste was like dirty water... not sure if it was the bagel or the butter but it was just awful. Did not think there was a wrong way to make a bagel or butter until I ate here.
The owner (Andy) mistreats employees, and doesn’t respect them either. I don’t understand how someone of his cruel nature is still in business. He’s lost loyal people because of his behavior and it needs to be addressed. Don’t eat here or work here ever. There’s better places out here in Charleston.
The food is fantastic. While the inside is dated and run down, you can’t judge a book by its cover. This has become our weekly Sunday breakfast tradition on our family.
Come on really it's bagel nation, friggin amazing!!!!
We waited so long for our food, and my beagle was not toasted and was very cold, coffee was cold and so many flavors were out. The menu is to long to many items.
