My husband and I have ordered from here several times in the past few months. Usually good pizza but wait time can be irritating; however, yesterday was by far the worst experience!I called around noon to place an order for pick up at 430. Called them at 440 to let them know that I had to stay late at work but I was still going to pick it up, probably closer to 545 and they said that was fine. As I went to ask if I could have it heated up in the oven before pick up (which they’ve done before), the girl on the phone hung up on me half way through the question! I called back and spoke to the owner, he did not address the fact that his employee hung up on a customer!I ended up getting there at 610. They ran my card. Stood there waiting for 15 minutes then the girl behind the check out said they couldn’t find it and gave me a refund. Why run my card if you don’t even have it!?When I spoke with the owner, he said they threw it out with the ticket because it had been sitting out. And they didn’t make another one!?When I addressed that I spoke with him directly at 430 and he said that it would be fine to pick it up late, he had nothing to say.So disappointed.
I’ve tried to get delivery from this place 3 separate times and I have never received the pizza. Everytime it’s either the driver didn’t come in, or driver left early or they didn’t check the computer for delivery orders so didn’t see mine. Each time I had to call them to find out what happened after waiting an hour. No one even tried to reach out.It’s being run by a bunch of kids who do not take anything seriously. It’s a shame because we love the pizza when it was downtown.
Please note, as with most restaurants in the area, wait times are inaccurate because of the shortage of staff. This applies to Andolini's as well so plan ahead and order far in advance.The plus side is, customer service is amazing. Everyone was so pleasant and all staff were working so hard to get orders out. Pizza was amazing! Fresh ingredients and we didn't feel heavy after dinner.
Ordered basics slice of cheese pizza to go. No other customers in line. Outside was busy but their pizzas were being delivered as we walked in. Women who took order was prompt. As I I was standing there placing order an older man behind counter proceeded to reprimand a coworker. Totally inappropriate! A simple slice of cheese pizza took forever to heat. We are in customer service industry so I know how it can be but until a guy saw us from the kitchen no one was interested in putting a slice into oven. 3 guys standing around doing nothing. Including the older guy who was so rude to coworker. The hopes of a quick take out lunch was anything but!
Awesome staff, Great food like the Greek Salad. It's bangin and so worth it. Big place and even weddings can be hosted in the side room. It is an honor for me to be one of the first DJs ever to spin inside this fine establishment on Wednesday Happy Hour. Come on down to this spot for great wings, pizza, salads and epic drink specials.
Went tonight for a quick dinner and ordered 3 slices of pizza and two salads. The salads came out quickly and were good, but we waited over an hour for the 3 slices of pizza and when they finally brought them out they were not what we ordered, and they were dry without much sauce or cheese. We left after eating only a couple of bites. Very disappointed in this visit.

Holy cow, I've not had pizza and calzones this good since I was in NYC. The pizza is your classic Brooklyn style, foldable and all. The sauce/gravy is fantastic. The calzones are on another level. Stuffed to the brim, but still cooked well enough that it's warm inside, but not overcooked outside. The chicken parm sandwich my wife got was solid as well. If you're eating here definitely just get some pizza and calzones. They have a 20 tap bar too, which is nice. Staff is nice and efficient. Make Andolini's a stop on your list in West Ashley!

We ordered through grubhub and the store delayed the order, our delivery driver specifically told us they could tell our order wasn't complete and told the restaurant, and the restaurant insisted they had everything, when in fact half was missing. And to top it off, one of the pizza slices looked like half of it had been eaten. Also the pizza slice that did look food was cold, as was everything else. What was delivered, even cold, not bad, but clearly the restaurant didn't actually care about doing the delivery order whatsoever, sooo... hard to actually recommend.
