Food was very good! Mahi mahi is great! Dessert choices did not intrigue us!

The food was excellent. No long wait for anything. The one thing that disturbed me though was how the bill was presented by our server. They do the handheld and when the server gave me the handheld she had already hit the 22% tip button. I like to decide for myself the percentage. I thought that was extremely unprofessional.
Great meal. Shrimp and grits was lovely. Grilled octopus exceeded expectations.

Outstanding food, service and ambiance. Fried oysters are awesome and Golden Tile fish sandwich was delicious. Lunch, one appetizer, two mains, one beer, one glass of wine and two oyster shooters. $100 including tip pretty good for Chucktown.
Iâve been to Amen Street a couple times now. Food is phenomenal, which is why we keep going back. Prices are phenomenally high, which is why we donât go back more often.
