The baristas at this coffee shop are very rude! We live down the street and usually give them a lot of business. That said, it shouldn't take 15-20 minutes for the kitchen to tackle an order of a toasted bagel + cream cheese. The wait time for seemingly simple things has been outrageous over the last month. Hire more kitchen help and give your baristas a 101 on customer service.

Service negative stars. This place was recommended by a friend so we were looking forward to brunch here. Unfortunately the girl working behind the counter was incredibly rude which resulted in us walking out before ordering anything. We will not go back.

If you are looking to start your morning off with some of the rudest staff I’ve ever come across, definitely try out this place! After waiting 25+ minutes for a food item that never came, we went up to ask about it and were met by rude remarks and the inability to fix a mistake they made. Even though we ordered something, it was not put in correctly, therefore we did not get the item. After no attempts to make the situation better, the only advice they gave was to wait in the back of the cue and order it again with a 35 minute wait after already waiting that time. These people need a lesson on how to better treat their customers. Please read other reviews and do not come here unless you want your morning to be ruined. Sorry not sorry, the food and coffee are not worth the disgusting attitudes and inability to be a decent human being.

When they forget to ring up your order they’ll yell at you and put you in the back of the line to order again. I’ve never been treated so rudely in a restaurant, by multiple people. If YOU forgot to ring something up, then it’s YOUR problem, and YOU need to fix it. Period. That’s what customer service is. I cannot believe this place is still in business.Also, if you have cameras, perfect! Go back and see me order it.

To the owners: not trying to be nasty, but cmon you gotta take the feedback after so many repeated reviewsTried to go for brunch with a group of 5, but similar to the other reviews the staff was very rude. Usually I would say that is subjective, but 3 of us all had different negative interactions so we ended up leaving. The menu does look delicious but we had to leave after they refused to clean their knives in the kitchen for one of us that has a severe food allergy. They also were not consistently cleaning the tables (similar to other reviews) so I went to clean one myself and was yelled at for grabbing a paper towel to clean the table. Another friend also ended up with the end piece of banana bread which was larger than a typical slice but apparently the manager was unhappy with that.Summary: Not allergy safe, rude staff, unnecessary to go through this stress for breakfast even though the menu looks delicious

I started working at MUSC a few weeks ago. This is my go to place. Wonderful coffee, amazing food selections, and the music vibes are unmatched. I’ll continue to be here at least 1-2 times a week to get my iced coffee for lunch! Thanks

Staff were rude and when I asked if an item had nuts I was dismissed and told I should just leave, instead of answering questions they’d rather customers leave. Fine - you won’t get my money. Literally just trying to prevent anaphylaxis in my child.
