They didn’t have any item we tried ordering. Nothing. And we weren’t ordering. Anything crazy.
They're pretty good. Lately the amount of fries at this location has been so small that I'm still hungry even after order double fries so I go to a different one
Young lady was very smart at the mouth about how I could order my food. Then once the manager took care of me and I pulled around to the window the young lady kept rolling her eyes at me and had tossed my food in the bag with an attitude. I always have problems here with these young adults. Either they don't listen to get the order correctly or they don't give you everything that you order.
Waited in line for forever for cold, cold nuggets on stale buns. Zaxbys usually is worth the extra $$, but this time is was like a bad boyfriend. It left me feeling empty and sad inside.

So, before covid started, This was a great location. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food that I would order would come out right and hot. Enjoyed dining in. But a lot has changed in the time since and in all honesty, if you don't want your order messed up or get charged for something and not get it, go go here. Since the closure of the dining room, we may have gotten Zaxby's 6 times, we prefer it to Chick-fil-A and it's closer to our home. (5-10 mins)We last ordered 2 days ago, I wanted a buff- plate( I got regular tenders) and we both were suppose tolosing even more business due to the other issues I have read on this thread and its a shame. I sincerely hope that y'all recover and make it back to where it was a couple years ago. Oh a if you have no drinks available, how about let the people know before they get to the drive thru window (happened at this location, a few months ago
Could you PLEASE use Zaxby’s seasoning on the fries and cook the chicken all the way through. I’m super tired of having to go to Hilton Head to get properly seasoned french fries and cooked chicken. Literally, one job.
??ordered food with a young lady in line pick up was fast. Food was tasty no more celery sticks ;( I got extra seasoned salt for french fries no large sodas they ran out.
Missing a part of our order and instead of giving us the meal that they forgot, they spent 30 + minutes reviewing video footage to see if we got the correct order. Very unprofessional staff when calling to let them know about the issue.
Just pulled in and told that the store is closed (6:26) when the sign right on the door says 7:30, lady was very rude and only kept repeating we are closed… very disappointing hopefully the owner sees this and can correct this stores actions.
