Gave me the wrong items. Didn’t realize till I returned home. When I called they wouldn’t refund and would only give me a store credit for the next time I was in.If you mess up and you k ow you did then it should be easy to make it right. Manager even admitted over the phone they messed up and knew about it. I’m not driving back across town for them to do it again.Go get your wings from somewhere else.Picture of my “Wings”.
Wings are decentFriendly service but both the tables and glass partition need a good clean up. Glass was dirty as well as the tables. Turn the TV off and clean up everything first. To many employees watching TV and sitting at the customer tables.
My son walked in to Oder lunch. The gal behind the counter looked at us then walked back and started talking to another employee. We waited. When the Grubhub driver came in she walked to him to see what he needed and walked back to talk to the other employees. We continued to wait to be helped. We were ignored. So I sat in my car, ordered Buffalo Wild Wings to go. I refuse to be treated that way and will never spend my money at Wing Stop!
I javelin been there 5 times this month and currently have an obsession with the Louisiana Rub!! The bones on the flats just fall out beautifully ?. Seriously some of the best wings I have had in a long Long LONG time!!!!
Love the boneless hickory BBQ wings. Staff was very friendly and it was clean inside.
We have tried this chain before in other locations but this was our 1st at Bluffton. I honestly recommend steering far away. We ordered 50 wings plain regular bone in. Once home I discovered they were tossed in classic hot sauce. I called back and I thought the same person answered so I asked who I was speaking to. The person (I will not name to save her from any issues) refuses to say. I calmly explain I think I had just spoke to her and placed an order. Repeated the order it was to be then recited what I received. She begins to yell at me that I told her hot, etc. I said no ma'am but can I speak with the manager please because I realized I'm not going to deal with this girl. Then she tells me no. I can not speak to the manager. I repeated my request for a manager 3 more times. Finally getting a manager on the phone. I explained calmly again, the order was offervto be remade in return of the ones in error. That is acceptable. No problem. Thwhile addressing the issue with the manager the girl was off yelling in the background hiw I am ignorant and rude. Honey if someone calling back about an order you made was rude than hold tight for the really rude ones in the future.
Wings was good however I had to take my fries back! They didn't season my fries as ordered!
Wingstop is at the top of my monthly cheat food. Cooked consistently everytime with as much or little of my favorite seasonings as I want, which I'll keep to myself hahaha. Not on the health food list which is why it's not five stars but oooohhh sooo good!! Enjoy in moderation folks, stay well!!
Walked in. Cook had shirt rolled up and fat belly sticking out. Me and my young daughter turned around and left.
Every time it says order ready it’s not, if they’re gunna give this horrible quality of service at least go to McDonald’s or KFC
