I am retracting my original review and changing it to a well earned 5 stars. I’m so glad that I have them a second chance! The GM, Austin and Mgr., Justin made up for some errors and our meal tonight was excellent. The wings are delicious! As was the flatbread pizza.Thank you, Austin for the great customer service!! We will be back!!
I took a client to lunch here today. We ate at the bar and were served by an efficient and courteous young lady with a pleasant smile. The food arrived promptly and exactly as ordered. A very nice place to have a business conversation over good food.
This used to be my go-to place for wings (love the Wild West wings!) but after tonight I think it’s time to find another place. From the moment I walked in the door it was a disappointment. You couldn’t even see the hostess behind the piano/hostess stand and she had her head down in her phone so she didn’t know I was even standing there, a waitress to the side had to get her attention. I was at my table for 15 minutes before anyone came to it. The music was so loud (not even the band) you could barely have a conversation and I left with a headache. I would understand if it was the late night crowd but this was before 8:30. My wings were just okay, don’t think I’ve ever seen the wings be that small before, blame it on supply chain I guess. I get that Covid has made it difficult for things especially in the F&B business but it’s kinda been the new normal now for 2+ years so it’s time to figure it out and do better.
I placed my order and told her I don’t eat meat. I said I’m a Pescatarian. I ordered a salad with shrimp. 25 minutes later my salad comes out with bacon all over it. Once okay, but this is twice this happened. Then when I asked her why do my salad has bacon on it she catches an attitude. Really ! Bartenders at wild wings needs to do better. This one sucks with her Service. Education is important, why can’t she comprehend something so simple.So my boss and I came here for lunch, I didn’t want to come but he did. I ordered a chicken salad and get 3 small strips of chicken and that’s it. Very disappointed
For $14.99 you get 10 boneless wings you get wings half the size of Wendy’s or McDonald’s. Sauces is good but its the biggest ripoff Ive seen. $40 dollars for that two orders, two diet cokes and a tip and we’re still hungry. Go to Buffalo Wild Wings for the money instead.
I dont know what Happened to this place. The food actually used to be good… we went for dinner lastnight here and probably the last time we will go. The restaurant was pretty much empty and PLENTY of seats we asked for the booth /chair table because we needed two high chairs . The host had to go check to make sure it was ok ummm the place was empty what did he need to check. I believe the so called server was upset that he had sat us there, idk she wasn’t friendly at all. Took forever to get our drinks she came back we order a appetizer and were able to decide on what we all wanted by the time she got our drinks so we placed our order. Waited over 30 mins for our appetizer never came out. Our little ones food comes out and wasn’t even brought out by the server she never came to see if we needed anything ketchup no salt pepper on table. About 10 mins later finally our appetizer comes out Cold!!! Fries are dry as can be and right behind that the wings , I thought the point of an appetizer was to come out before the food lol… once again our server never brought out that food nor did she check back to see how things were, nothing!!! She was sitting at a booth on her phone ! Very disappointing. After my son sat with an empty glass what seemed like forever she finally asked if he wanted more to drink, of course yes… I brought it to the manager’s attention and wasn’t really handled as expected so we just asked for to go boxes to finish our dinner at home. Sad thing is she after had an attitude after … very upsetting experience!!! I only hope she sees this review and learns from it and does better or she is definitely not in the right place to work. I myself have worked in f&b and if you want to make money customer service is everything!!!! Sad thing is they were not busy to receive this kind of service…
Horrible experience. They must still have major employee shortage. Been here before covid and after. Before covid was 50% better. We walked in and our feet was sticking to the floor the entire time to the table. We were seated at a dirty table. We asked if they can clean in and they Saud to move to a different table since nobody their to clean it. We walk out with our shoes sticky. Very disappointing. We will try again after plenty time has past.
The food was just okay, but the service was TERRIBLE. The server had no idea what was on the menu, she stared at her phone literally the entire hour and a half we were there, and we had to flag her down for anything we needed. We got one drink apiece. We were a party of 11. My drink sat at the bar for approx. 15 minutes while the waitress was nowhere to be found. We were her only table and already had our food, so where was she? Still staring at her phone. I had to ask another waitress to grab it for me after this time period. I'm still waiting for the basket of fries we asked for 3 times. The band was great, but we will definitely NOT be back.
Wow, it's been a while since I've come here and this is probably the last time. Wings are ridiculously small now, the new Cajun spice is unedible, onion rings, tots are super greasy, endless shrimp is all breading and super salty. Server didn't have her best day. Not sure what happened here but never again. Save your money and go somewhere else.
