Me and my husband came here for the second time to give it a second shot, the first time I came here I ordered a Reuben and their meat never comes hot on the sandwich, I eat my sandwich and it was cold I asked them to toast it for a second time they did but it did not make the sandwich any better. Here I am on my second visit I decided to not order the Reuben because it was horrible, I ordered a Philly cheesesteak. The first problem was I put light onions she definitely was heavy on the onions whatever, My husband took one bite of my sandwich and of course his bite had this little white rock in it, I go back up to the counter and ask the lady ( Maria) who is sitting on the floor playing on her phone, what this white rock was in the Philly cheesesteak she told me that it comes in the meat so I asked her to show me a package of the meat with this white rock material in it she checked three different bags of the Philly cheesesteak meat and she could not find one and then lead on to say that I was ridiculous and that she’s not gonna keep looking for this. All in all I got my money back for my sandwich but I don’t believe these little white rocks are supposed to be in the Philly cheesesteak meat!!!!
This was our first visit. Excellent sandwich. The sub roll was really good. Fresh ingredients. Tasted great!
My husband and I went for lunch. He got The Grinder & I got The Cali Club. They were both delicious. You can’t compare any other sandwich places to this one!! The employees were courteous & the service was great. By far the best!!
Walked in to the store and the young boy behind the counter told the young girl to turn off the oven hurry. They thought I did not hear them, as I went up to give them my order WAY BEFORE CLOSING they told me that “the oven just broke” I am absolutely shocked that they would do this. I would also like to say that the just put another guest sandwich in the oven as I walked in…. I work in food and beverage and obviously eat out and I have never experienced someone so rude. Truly, I would fire this kid because the reviews that I’m sure will continue to come in bad while he is working his shift

Good Food, Was there for lunch today. Please do not leave the employee there alone , it was very busy and she needed help!
Ordered 2 subs online. Arrived for pick up and was told they did not have 1 of the subs available. We asked for a refund on the sub they could not and did not make for us and was told point blank they could not refund our money. Terrible customer service. It should be criminal to charge for a product you did not produce. I will never again occupy this place and the 1 sub we did get was subpar to say the least. Do not recommend.
Reasonably priced food, great selection of sandwiches, good service. Small dining area, terrible parking. You better be prepared to walk.

Order a super and got a regular on more than one occasion. Why can’t they just get it right the first time??
