I was having a really bad day today so I went to get a frosty and fries, the lady that took my order at 2:05 (idk her name) was so kind and sweet it made my whole day better, also my fries were yummy so over all great experience<3
Worst customer service. People at this restaurant don’t want to work. They’re lazy and have a bad attitude. Your better off buying from Parker’s next door or Publix accross the road they have much better customer service.
I know people don't want to work any more but the tables were not clean at all.. Not one of them. But the food was good!! And the fries were fresh
Dinning in was closed because they didn’t have enough workers. Make sure you check your order before you drive away from window! Even when they mess your order up (and acknowledge it!) they tell you to get back in line to get the rest of your meal. Poor customer service starts with the manager and goes from there…..
The were friendly and patient with us as we were being a bit confusing. We started in the drive-thru and decided to come inside. They continued with our order inside without any issue. They were very pleasant the entire time. I appreciate their patience. Thank you
One of the worst Wendy I have ever been to. The door was open so we walked in. A young man says the inside was closed with an attitude! I asked why would the door be opened, his response was. I don't have a key! This was not acceptable. We decided to go to Jersey Mikes
Real hit or miss on service and accuracy. They're either super pleasant and everything is perfect or they could literally not care less about being there and the order is wrong...seems to go hand in hand
Won’t be going back. The staff was very unprofessional, wearing ear buds, hoodies and normal clothing like they were at home. The woman fixing drinks was very rude and made the experience uncomfortable. They also only had 1 type of salad which I only found out after asking for the other 3. Food was not up to normal Wendy’s standard as well. The chips were also expired which makes me worry what else is!
Just came here and the doors were locked even though it was 6pm. I cant order food if the doors are LOCKED! Hope the manager sees this because its unacceptable to take drive thru orders but not allow anyone to come in to sit down and eat.
2nd time I've stopped on my work route and the dining area was closed. No sign or anything
