I could give more stars because the food is hot when received but the attitude this one girl gives is unbelievable. I politely asked for ketchup and get 2 packs with attitude...2 packs with 300 fries ? ?really‼️ Not the first and not the second time I have encountered this behavior ? at least fake smile until I leave ? and also use English...??♀️
The lady in the drive thru was talking and laughing instead of paying attention to her job. She gave me 33c change instead of $1.67 change. Then she drops my change on the floor and apologizes. When I mention that I am missing a dollar, she gives me $1.00 and then .35 for the change that she dropped.Then when I went to pick up my order at the second window, I was missing a lemonade. I called to tell them and the lady who answered conveniently said that she couldn’t hear me.I don’t think I’ll waste my time going to this Wendy’s anymore. Best to eat healthier anyway. If I want a Burger, I’ll go to the Jim and Nick’s Drive thru. They make great burgers.Apart from that, the food was good.
I don't mind waiting. I understand that it's 11:00 pm on a Sunday and I respect the people who work at that establishment. Having a manager walk through the line and tell everyone that if you aren't doordash that you need to leave even though you've already been waiting 10 minutes in a 7-person line is not how you run a business. Pay your employees a living wage and maybe you can get more than two.
i honestly have no idea as to how they are even still open at this point. They never have the lobby open, even at noon time, and even on the super rare times that they do have the lobby open (you have better odds winning the lotto,js) you aren't getting your order taken or made anytime soon.
Went to the drive thru yesterday. The wait was entirely to long, then I realized why. Two employees ran thru the parking lot to hide in the dumpster enclosure. Thought that was odd. Since I’m at the drive thru my window is down. The smell of weed was unmistakable. I watched them both emerge puffing the last bit and then run back in the restaurant. One even smiled at me. As I pick up my order I see them working behind the counter. The soda I threw out, the burger was ruined with a ridiculous amount of slimy condiments and the fries were cold and burned. Shame on this location.
The bacon jam burger was really good
I am a DoorDash driver The past few times I’ve had to pick up orders through the drive-through in the evening I wait forever for them to answer going to tell me their system is down. When I pull off to call DoorDash to cancel order they start taking other peoples orders. Sounds like a group of teenagers that don’t wanna work
Ordered the big bacon cheddar burger. Didn’t have crispy onions, cheese sauce and a tiny piece of bacon. I notice when the girls on not there the orders are wrong. Paid for a premium sandwich that had less on it than a jr. bacon cheeseburger.
Ordered and paid for a baconator (full sandwich) and got cheese fries that cost less than half. Always check your order when you go to this Wendy’s
