When I work in Bluffton, one of my go to spots for Mexican food is this truck. The salsa verde is just how I make it at home with the tomatillo and jalapeños and onions and cilantro. The tacos are flavorful and beef is very tender but what sets these tacos apart from others is that they serve the pickled carrots with it and it’s like a slaw, vinegary. It’s authentic. My wife and I visit Hilton Head frequently from Sumter,SC. We never leave town without stopping by. We don’t eat at “Mexican restaurants “ anymore after eating here. We Love It!
I can't seem to move beyond their spicy pork quesadilla, but my husband says the burritos are excellent. I love supporting this business!

Called to make a to go and was answered with an attitude and tried to place the order but the women on the phone kept trying to catch an attitude with me for no reason.. Tried to work around it but was just terrible customer service! I know the owner wouldn’t like this because it was never like this when she was here!

The chicken was OK, kinda dry tbh.. i asked for cheese only on chicken Taco, when I got my order no cheese, but they did put parmesan cheese(Italian flavor) on it...I thought it was an authentic place, per that's what the sign says
