Worker didn't acknowledge our presence when coming back behind the counter, and was rude when asked if they were open.

I have gotten 2 drinks now that are not what I've ordered. I got the first one & tried to go back and they were closed 10 mins later (in the morning). I called 4x & each time they were closed (over the last 2 days). A coworker went this morning & got drinks, again mine was incorrect. Today I ordered a caramel macchiato with 3x shots of espresso and my drink was full of milk & very light on the top and full of caramel sauce. The lady working is rude everytime I go there. I still need a remake or refund from my first drink. But there hasn't been a manager or they are closed the last few days when I call.

I love this Starbucks! the best one in Bluffton in my opinion. The staff are always great to me, it’s also slightly cheaper than all of the other SB’s in the area.

Will say it’s 100% better customer service now then in the past.
I’ve been to every starbucks in the area, and this one by far has to be the worst.
