I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but the manager working at this starbucks is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever met. Placed an order on the app for in store pick up only to find their doors were locked. The manager slammed the door in our face when she came outside for a split second. Then, proceeded to scream at us at the drive thru and tell us we were being rude for trying to pick up our order inside, like we were supposed to. She needs to be fired. The barista wearing the beanie was a sweetheart thought. Absolute angel. The manager was actually the worst person and should be fired.I don’t know how anyone could work with someone like that.
The short black lady (Devon Driessen-Tillman) who is supposedly the “store manager” is extremely rude. She harasses her partners in front of customers and hosts hen parties with her friends in the middle of the cafe while she is supposed to be working. The manager makes no effort to engage with customers that have been coming to this location for years. Some how she is “managing” two stores. Looks like Starbucks standard for leadership is extremely low. I have also witnessed the store and district manager (Pam Brester) sit and watch other baristas work extremely hard because of staffing shortages without offering any assistance. Starbucks needs to hold their management accountable and stop putting people in power that are just playing a favorites game.
Are zero stars an option? If it weren’t for amazing employees like Jackie this location would fall apart. I have witnessed meanagment harass “partners” in front of guests and it saddens me that this is their norm.
Everyone who works at this location is so kind! I placed a mobile order for in-store pickup, and when I arrived, the lobby was closed. Normally I would be fine just going to the drive-through to get my order, but the line was wrapped around the building and I was running late to work. One of the kind women that works there brought me my drink and bagel to the door. It was so appreciated, especially given how difficult things are with everyone being short staffed. ❤️❤️

To the people who are understanding and empathetic whenever we are short staffed and have longer wait times: thank you. It means more to us than we could ever express. Your kindness makes everything better whenever we are stressed. Even if we are struggling, we still want to ensure that everyone leaves happy and satisfied. It's never our intent to ruin anyone's day over coffee. I can't imagine someone having a bad day over a cup of bean water, that would be terrible!
First time visiting this Starbucks but very fast and friendly staff. They close early so make sure to get there before hand!
THE WORST STARBUCKS EVER! 1 week you can't get coffee past 2pm the next week you can't get any coffee at all. This place is horrible and they keep blaming it on covid. Lazy staff and horrible management
We love going to Starbucks specifically this time of the year cause, we enjoy the holidays specials.
