Terrible service. Milkshakes where served with ice cream all over the cups.. the window person was vaping as he is preparing our order. Just terrible! Will never go back to this location again!
Their average rating is to high. This is the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. It’s always the slowest place even when no one else is in line. When I have a lapse in judgement and give them another try I rarely actually get my order taken. I have only had one good experience with a worker here (the guy with the motorcycle), every other time they have either been lifeless or been fairly rude. One girl got a slushie order wrong and when I sent it back I watched her pitch it at the drink drain. This location needs a change of management badly.
Stopped by while in the area for a treat. Left after receiving no service after 20 min. Place is run down and service is terrible now from what it used to be. Recommend you take your business elsewhere. This place needs new management or ownership to get it back to what a Sonic should be.
Food was decent. What you expect from fast food. Got a number 3 which is a bacon cheeseburger meal. I chose a side of tater tots which were hot and fresh and seasoned well with just enough salt. Either way it’s worth a stop for a quick bite to eat. They live the line pretty quickly so it’s a plus.
Tonight was the worst experience I have ever had at a Sonic. I pulled up to the drive thru at 7:50 PM and was told by an employee that she would be right with me. 15 minutes later I'm still waiting to order. Three vehicles in front of me waiting for there food. I finally backed up and left. So did the three cars behind me. I understand that restaurants are understaffed but at least let the customer know that and it might take time to take and get your order. If you don't have enough staff to.operate your business, shorten your hours or close until you do.
Sonic is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat. During the hours of 2 to 4 you can also get 1/2 priced drinks and slushies, which is a killer deal. The building itself is getting a little run down but the service is still good.
So once a week I will have a sonic/picnic in the car night with my kids. They will ask for it bc it breaks up the routine and we have the chance to talk without any other distractions. Sounds like a no big deal right? But to my kids it made their night. So last night I was taking my daughter to have our sonic night. They were busy, no worries I am patience. My daughter decided to make a bird sound out her window bc she is 6, that’s what they do. Well the young gentlemen gets on the speaker and asked “ is that you making that sound” I replied “Yes sorry it’s my daughter” His response was “ Can you please stop, it’s hurting my head and it’s annoying.” I got out of line and drove off needless to say no more Sonic nights that this location again.
First of all the ice cream machine was broke but that was not the point. Firstly, didn’t do two orders, then the guy taking our order messed it up. We ordered two cokes and mozzarella sticks, ended up getting one root beer
A wait is almost guaranteed whenever anyone goes to this location. Its a wait you have to be willing to do when your child asks for a slushy. The good thing is that the employees that work here are so polite, helpful and trying their best. Most days there are only 2, maybe 3, workers tops. They are patient and nice even though they probably get screamed at all day long.
I have never had an experience like this in my life and I've lived a long time. I went to the drive up window to give my order. The guy inside said he couldn't understand me. There was an echo of my voice coming back to me so I slowed down my speach. He yelled at me and said I was talking to him like a he was a child. So, I started over talking louder so he could hear and understand me and he said I was yelling at him and I wasn't. He said for me to leave and he would NOT wait on me. I drove up to the receiver window and this scuzzie looking guy was in there and I asked him to tell me the order window guy's name and he said he wouldn't give it to me . I said I would like to speak to the manager and he said " I am the manage, so I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. I said I won't come back here again and that I have never been treated so rudely and he said "Good!" We don't want to see you here again". Imagine! This happened at 1:00PM on Saturday Feb. 12, 2022.Beware and stay away from this horrible place!
