I placed an order twice and it didn't go through. However, my bank account showed two charges.I called 4 times to the store to find out if they can see my order and they hanged up on me four times.I went to the store and the manager was too busy to talk to me.So I decided to take my business somewhere else.I hope the charges in my bank account drop.
Horrible experience. Ordered hand tossed with extra chicken and extra pineapple. When I got home it was a n edge thin crust pizza with very little chicken or pineapple. Not even evenly distributed. Drove all the way back after I called and they said it was being redone. Arrived and they hadn’t started yet. 20 minutes waiting and finally received what I paid for. No apology no compensation for my trouble. I will never go back
Food was ready when I got there. Took it to the car to inspect, as it was a larger order. The cinnamon sticks looked like there was a bite taken out of one?? I took it back inside and asked about it. She asked if I wanted them remade but it would take like 15 minutes. I told her it was concerning as it looks like a bite. She said it could be from the cutter they use. Idk, I think a refund or something could have been offered in exchange.
Placed order for delivery through the restaurant. They then passed it on to a DoorDash driver who was incredibly unprofessional, and continued to harass me after the delivery took place. It’s a know. Fact that DoorDash or Uber etc should never have your personal phone number. When I reached out to the store, I was met with little concern. I have dealt with this store for over a year, but this is ridiculous. Will never patronize this establishment again. Good luck to those that do
Excellent service. Great pizza. I purchased for a kids pizza party and the kids loved it.
This place is a joke. They advertise this so-called big pizza box. It's a big bait and switch. I went through their app and a $25.00 "special" ended up costing over $60.00. Then I couldn't even place the order through the app. Ended up going to Papa John's. Will never order a pizza through pizza hut again. By the way, I'm a lawyer and bait and switch is a fraud. Yes, pizza hut is a big fraud. Stay away!
Got a large cheese pizza and wings yesterday and to be honest, they were cooked perfectly and nothing was left over my kids devoured it...and me too lol. Definitely try them out again if you ever had a reason not to in the first place.
Ordered off menu on counter was 3 dollars more than what showed. Asked why? Our prices have gone up. Why not honor what's in front of customers. Joke
My family and I often order a Large cheese pizza from this location since Little Caesars in our areas hasn’t been up to park lately. However this time it was different. My husband and I caught food poisoning from our pizza. The pizza was the only thing we ate and we most certainly paid for it the following day all day. We had massive stomach cramps, diarrhea and had to vomit a couple of times. Who would ever think that you could catch food poisoning from pizza. I’m guessing the cheese or dough must of played a part in it. My family will not be eating from any Pizza Hut location or eating out at all after this traumatizing situation. Please be careful when ordering from this location.
Get the order correct. Love Pizza Hut but our order was for Veggie Lovers and what we got was veggies with pepperoni.
