The customer service whats absolutely terrible! We had ordered pizza and it said it was gonna take 2 hours first of all I don’t care how busy you are 2 hours is absolutely crazy but that’s besides the point! The point is when we got our food everything was wrong the pizza was plane cheese and we ordered stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and we didn’t even get our sides at all!! Then when we called no one answered and we called 8 times in the madder of and a half an hour so we went our selves to get our money back which they kept saying “we can’t give you your money back” and they were very rude either way the point is I will never be going here again ever!!!
This is how my pizza was delivered! Unfortunately, it is not the first time. Tried to call store but can’t get through.
Expensive at home delivery of a less than hot pizza. Pizza was closer to a next morning slice pulled from the box than a fresh pie.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Why? Because the service was nonexistent. I called well before their closing time, and they refused to serve me because they claimed they couldn’t have the food “delivered” before 1am. They can cook it, but not deliver it? I am residing like 5 minutes away. Don’t even bother with this place…?
Service and delivery from Papa John’s was excellent! I received my food faster then stated. The pizza and garlic knots were delicious!
I ordered food at 5:00pm, it’s 7:00pm and the food is still not here. The delivery time was supposed to be 60 mins. When the food finally arrived at 7:15pm it was cold and nasty. These owners should be ashamed of the business they are running.
Once you order , you will starve for waiting on your food to arrive. Terrible service. 2 hours to never have it being delivered to you. Welcome to the year of the 1400s where having your food being delivered on a foot from the restaurant to your door! No pizza delivered. There goes my body shutting down from starvation. don't waste your money. they don't answer the phone, they take your money and give you nothing. i'd give zero stars to this store if i could. the manager holly is the worst of them all. choose literally anything other than this store.
