At first, my Chef's Chicken Sandwich is just the buns and the chicken, the manager tried to correct it by giving me the lettuce and the sauce. Then when my son found a bug on the other half of Deli Turkey sandwich. I brought it to the cashier and ask what is thst, she replied a Deli Turkey...i said look closer on the turkey and she whispered....A bug. She removed the bug and called for the manager. Asked my son if he wanted a new half of deli turkey...ok thats it??? No Apology??? This will be our last time coming to Panera!!!!
The portions of both bowls is completely unacceptable for the price. Both quinoi bowls are half empty. I called and was informed everything is weighed out. if this is what you get for your money, definitely NOT worth it. I've never noticed my "in restaurant" portion looking this light.
Horrible costumer service! Women in collard shirt was acting disrespectful for no reason! I’m truly upset and I did not enjoy my food comfortably.
Woman with blue catering shirt and a black catering jacket should really work on not cascading her frustrations on customers. Attitude extremely ugly for no apparent reason. Oh well
Worst Panera ever! Not a customer in sight and every table is dirty! Never gave me half my order. My sandwich was slopped together.
Consistently having excellent service! What a turnaround from before! Love it! The food has been perfect. Ready in the pick up area and really friendly staff. Thank you! It’s such a well liked chain it’s good to see Bluffton running smoothly again!
I understand that covid is affecting staffing but there is no excuse for a pricey franchise to be so dirty! Especially at a time when cleanliness is so important. There was debris all over the carpets and I had to hunt around for a clean table. A tall pile of dirty dishes were stacked by the trash. The women's restroom clearly had not been attended to in a while. Paper towels were spilling out of the trashcan and into the sink. No joke! Add to this that a fountain drink and a cookie cost $5.97 and it's a recipe for me never coming back.
One of my favorite restaurants to chill at. The menu is varied as well as healthy, the staff is friendly and ready to help. I recommend the new flatbread pizza and the grilled cheese sandwiches. Every time I go there it has a quiet and calm environment.
This is a typical example of the franchise; clean and well-maintained, with a variety of bakery/brunch items from which to choose. Since we only came in for take-out beverages; our order was processed quickly and efficiently.
Went here yesterday for dinner. Dining area and tables were clean. Our cashier (African-American woman with short curly brown hair who looked to be in her teens or early 20s) was very friendly and patient while we gave her our long order and asked several questions about the food. They were out of most of their loaves as well as the turkey chili but that was understandable as we came in near the end of the day. The containers for the decaf coffee and "specialty" drinks (lemonade and tea in canisters on counter) were relatively full, however. Food came quickly (roughly 5 minutes after we ordered) and was hot. I ordered the "You Pick 2" option with the Frontega chicken sandwich and macaroni and cheese with a side of bread. The sandwich was a little underwhelming but that may have been because they were out of the bread they usually use for it so they had to sub in brioche instead. The macaroni and side bread were good, though. I finished up with a cinnamon roll and house-made lemonade both of which were delicious, as well. I would recommend this Panera.
