Walked in at 9:10 pm to a empty dining area, only to be told its a 25 minute wait. It's only 2 of us eating and your dining area has none to very little occupancy. You say the reason was cause all your servers were busy. Never in my 49 years of living have I ever been treated so rudely and unwelcomely upon entering a restaurant by a nonchalant hostess. No problem To long horn I go .
This establishment has been falling off for the past year. The pasta has a funny aftertaste. Last night I received piss poor service from a server named WYATT K. I felt as if the server prejudged us based off of our looks. You could tell he really didn't want to take our order guess he thought we wasn't going to tip. But I say give every customer a fair chance to tip just the same way y'all servers expect a fair chance to earn a tip. We received our salad first which was served without bread sticks. We didnt get our first order of bread sticks (4sticks) until I asked, and we were done with the salad. We then waited another 15 mins for I food to come out cold. When it arrived I then had to ask again for more bread sticks. In which he only brought us (2 bread sticks). At this point it's ridiculous because I thought it was supposed to be endless salad and bread sticks. I've never had just a terrible experience at olive garden but obviously they're rationing the bread sticks. Like I put on the customer service review, I will never be returning and I hope no one else waste their money on some mediocre Alfredo that they can honestly make at home.
Our server was nice but the hostess were not and there was always at least 5 people standing around talking at host stand . The food was okay not their best .
Food was good, service from our waitress was AWESOME though clearly the poor girl was being overcumbered with tables. Then she asked a manager to let her know when they seat a new table the manager had the nerve to talk down the waitress. Maybe next time hire someone who's respectful enough not to talk down to the staff and treat them rudely in front of the customers
We had a very nice dinner at Olive Garden. Salad and break sticks are amazing. Food is consistent from location to location so you know what to expect. We had Chicken Scampi and Chicken Alfredo. We will go back again soon.

Do not go to this place as you have the worst front desk available. Made us drive nearly 40 minutes and after reaching there they simply had one answer they have an hour wait. We had specifically called asking if we can come and we are driving nearly 35 miles to reach there and they said it was no issue and did not need any reservations and they will take care once we reach there. After reaching they were not even sorry, they just said we had a a few people come in and if you need you wait. We ended up going to a great Italian restaurant and never going back here.
Service was on point, food was served hot and fast, and waitress was attentive and very pleasant. Thank you Tim for the great service and wonderful personality. You helped to make our dining experience on such a cold day very warm and enjoyable.
