If you are in a rush stay away. They don't even greet you at the speaker. Been sitting here for 10 minutes. Said hello a few times. Traffic is backed into Buckwalter. ? Finally at the window and the manager was more worried about a car pulling through the parking lot in correctly possibly causing an accident. ? You ain't a cop and why ain't you taking someone else's order? Lol must be cheating your times ? ?
No such thing as “fast food” here. Hands down the worst McDonalds ever. For past 5 years you can always plan on them being out of something, the ice cream machine always broken and you may as well plan on 30 min wait time. For the price and time spent you could sit down at a restaurant and have nice prompt service. I really wish this location would get it together because my kids enjoy it as a treat.
It took 30 minutes to get through the drive through & when I picked up my meal the fries were cold & the burger barely luke warm. This place sucks!
Ordered some nuggets and 2 sundaes. I asked the girl if they still sold nuts with the sundaes. She said no. I paid for my food and realized she didn't charge us for the sundaes. She was kinda rude and dismissive and seemed to be in a rush so I didn't even realize it until I had driven past the window.When we got to the next window, they guy was super nice and promptly rang us up for the 2 sundaes and got us our meal. Night and day service. Just kinda mind boggling as to how someone can ask me what kind of sundaes we want, I can discuss peanuts with her and then she doesn't ring us up. I get it. Teenage kids and fast food and an economy where finding good help is few and far between. It is what it is. But, maybe the girl should stick to a non customer based job like cooking fries and get someone a little more customer service oriented like the guy at the front window to handle the orders and customers.

Sat at the pay window for another 10 minutes then at the pick up window for 10. Then was handed a bag with 2 buscuits...one had just sausage and one didn't have anything but a piece of cheese in it. Went inside to try and get the correct food and the line had about 15 people in it and no one at the counter taking orders. I watched most of them leave bc no one came to the front..I finally left too. Listen, I understand the staffing shortage happening...its everywhere.. but even if it takes 30 minutes to get an order it should be right. I couldn't wait any longer for someone to come to the front or go wait in the drive thru again so I paid for food that my kids will not eat. I threw the bag away on the way to my car. I'm sorry if you're short staffed but at least put the right items in a bag. They didn't even try with mine.

It's good for what it is. Fries are crispy. The nuggets are cooked till they're golden and crispy. And the staff is alright
