They weren't taking online orders, walked into the store to be told that they are closing in 10mins, after being asked if I've made an online order in which at 7pm the online ordering portal was down. Place is not clean and I didn't think they care. I mean they fist bumped each other in the back and didn't wash there hands. Store is closing at 8pm instead of 10pm as noted online.
pizza is great but i highly recommend you to not go on fridays very crowded and the employees look and act like they don't want to be there.
This place is pitiful and the staff is very rude , it’s sad that a pizza place can’t even cook a pizza . First order it was severely over cooked , second time going back and now it’s a raw pizza . The so called manager has no respect for customers and speaks with a rude condescending tone . I will never go back here , just sad. Also being mocked and talked about behind an open counter isn’t wise and that’s exactly what the manager did .
Elizabeth was amazing in customer service and food was delicious.
The two employees on staff when I went seem like they're super chill. This is the first time I've ordered from this location, and the food was exactly what I expected from a Little Ceasar's. Greasy guilty pleasure food. They were out of crazy bread so they gave me the better cheese bread with the crispy edges. So good. As long as the lady with blue braids and the guy with black hair and piercings stay there, this will be my favorite Little Ceasar's location.
Wait time of more than 45"..not just me, there a lot if customers parked waiting and others cancelling their orders. Seemed like there was a new employee not familiar with pizza preparation. The pizza was a mess. All the ingredients were to one side of the pizza. And it looked like a hurricane moved all the ingredients around. I have never seen a pizza like this. I went in to have it redone and all they did was add more ingredients...Horrible PIZZA, will think twice before ever traveling from Hilton Head Island to Bluffton for a pizza like that.?
Lil Caesars use to be hot and ready what happen there is always a issue with the one on Bluffton idk if it the understaffing or what.i work in the restaurant industry and speed is a must in this industry and they don't have it together hope it get better and I'm a local person who if I want to wait I'll go to pizza
It's pretty good but not the best
I was at this location around 11am to 11:30am today. The people who work there are so rude!!! ?.I asked if my order was ready and one of them responded to me saying, " It is not ready and if you can't wait you can leave".If they don't like their job they should find something else to do. So disappointing ?
I placed an order on the app to be ready at 430. I arrived and my order wasn't ready. I waited 40 minutes for my pizzas. They were extremely under staffed, unprofessional and some of the staff even walked off the job. The manager even said she did not want her position and would gladly give it up , showed no professionalism at all in front of the customers. She even wrapped herself in a blanket and walked around. There was one employee that was doing her best to keep the flow of things but she didn't have any support from her team. They even called in a few employees, but when they arrived they didn't look to thrilled to be there and it showed through their interactions with the customers. I know personally I won't be going back until they've have a course in customer service and teamwork or hire new staff.
