Horrible service, horrible food. Obviously price increases have affected every restaurant, but using canned salsa at a "Mexican" restaurant is laughable. One of our orders was sent back untouched, as it looked and smelled awful. The server told me we had to pay for it when the bill came. I informed him that he needed to get his manager, as there was no way I would pay for that meal. Obviously the manager never made it out, but told the server we should be paying for it. This place will (hopefully) be out of business soon.
LaHa used to be one of our go-to spots when students at USCB, happy to see it's exactly as I remembered! Fun spot to stop in for a drink and some snacks at the bar. Great beer selection, and the cranberry margarita was awesome. Tons of vegetarian options!
Manager very rude when I ordered the wrong taco , it was my mistake but I also feel it was the server to . And then they tell me it was my mistake and there was nothing they could do. It was 2 chicken tacos we are in there 1 - 2 times a week and will not be back for awhile very rude
We are heading to wings. Then, we saw the restaurant when pulling in the parking lot. Decided to give it a try. Had the Pollo asado and the skinny margarita. Excellent choices. Everyone at my party who are actually Mexican loved their food. Seems to be one of the most authentic they have tried. Love it!
Great Mexican food with friendly and attentive staff. They have a large menu selection and good happy hour prices on margaritas.
We use to have one of these on the island next to our resort. Now, we went off island ?️ so we knew we would get good food.Conveniently located very close to Sam's club.Food was very tasty along a very fancy presentation on the plate. Service was good, prices are reasonable. Definitely will go back.
Under new management and he has turned it into a nightclub. New jukebox with explicit songs booming (Carbi B's WAP, for example). It was so bad that another diner, who was with young kids, went up and unplugged it, just to have the manager plug it back in and resume the music. I feel bad for the employees, who have always been great.
The food was awesome great as well as the service. Authentic like Mom's!!!
Food was just ok - nothing outstanding and service was slow. Ladies room had a horrific smell of chemicals
If I Could give no stars I would. Larry and I go to La Hacienda on a regular basis. We live in Bluffton, and it is a quick, reasonable, and usually decent Mexican meal. Never again! We are both vegetarians, and we always order the same thing. Larry gets a taco salad , grilled veggies only , and I get a vegetarian burrito. Today when we ordered, the embarrassed waiter informed us that the new manager says he only cooks with meat, despite the fact there's a vegetarian section on the menu. The only reason for one star is that the nice waiter was so apologetic! We, on the other hand, are so disappointed!
