All of the staff who works around the customers seemed to be in a bad mood. The cashier was just completely AWFUL. I get just having a bad day but this was just something else. I walked up to the counter and the girl was leaning on the counter and didn't acknowledge me at all. I didn't know whether to start giving my order or not. She didn't confirm any of the orders and she treated everything I said like an inconvenience. She asked whether I wanted a 3 or 6 piece. I said 3 and she gave me 6 pieces and charged me for it. She also made a mistake on another order that could've been easily avoided if she would've listened or even confirmed the order. Right as we sat down she ran to the parking lot to a car and started drinking straight liquor from the bottle, smoked a cigarette and came back in. Now I'm starting to wonder if she made all of those mistakes and was acting like that because she was drunk. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable. First time there and I'm definitely ok with not going back. If you're in the area I'd really suggest either going through the drive through or just going some place else all together.
TERRIBLE! The Floor was dirty. Employees are rude and have such a negative attitude, they have no motivation at all. They don’t even greet you when you walk in. There’s a specific one who was attending me who seemed so lazy and just forced to be there. She kept rolling her eyes! Another lady who was supposedly taking drive through orders was taking pictures on her phone.KFC THIS IS NOT OK! You need better employees!!!
At 845 on Saturday I was told at the drive thru they are out of chicken because they close in 15 minutes......lazy employees who dont want to do their job you are aware the C in KFC stands for chicken right? The staff member then proceeded to be very rude as o backed out and some random guy with dreads hanging in a white tee by the open service door started shouting at me about an air gun or something. I guess he was trying to threaten me or something maybe a boyfriend or dealer to employee. Never again .
It's a KFC, so you know going in that the food will be okay and your surroundings will be questionable of a last time cleaned.But this one must be under a new management philosophy. I've been coming here weekly since Dec of '21, and there is a noticeable difference in the staff's attitude and the cleanliness of the seating area. It's still at about 45% of where your home is, but "getting better" is always the right direction!!Good job Youngsters!!! Keep it going!! Train the 'lazy' out of todays youth, or replace them with better candidates.Enjoy and be safe...
I ordered the bucket of chicken and it came with 4 sides and 6 biscuits the biscuits were rock ? hard we could not eat them the mashed potatoes was supposed to be a large order and the bowl was only half full the Mac and cheese was cold and only half full I also ordered some other stuff my order came to 53 dollars and I was NOT happy\\nThe

Every time i go through the drive is bare thinking it will be quick, but they have no business becuase they have rudest most ghetto acting employees i have ever encountered ! very rude and very unclean. They make you feel like you are bothering them by ordering anything. Rushing you to finish ordering ----interrupted me three times asking if i was done ! Yall just need to shut down.

Got takeout (drive-through) from here yesterday with my dad. Both the order-taker and the cashier at the window were courteous and cheerful. Food was ready soon after we paid and was hot even after roughly 15 minutes (when we were back home again). I got the regular (not spicy) chicken sandwich and a side of mac and cheese. The side mac and cheese was quite small but I guess that's the way it is at KFC. It was tasty, though, as was my chicken sandwich. I'd definitely order them both again. I shared my dad's fries with him and loved them, too. They kind of remind me of Arby's curly fries. My only complaint is that the fries were kind of sad-looking and the carton wasn't filled all the way.
Tried to use the app and was having some difficulties with it. I went in and the staff was very helpful. Showed me what I had forgotten to enter and submitted the order and everything went as it should. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and received a free order of fries. All was great. Thanks to the friendly staff.
