Delicious as always! I just wish they had sprouts at this location!!
This particular store is awful. After failing to deliver on time the manager proceeded to hang up on me multiple times even though I still had questions. This unacceptable for any business. I understand that people are short staffed, but hanging up on someone or pretending you cannot hear them is a petty and immature way of handling situations. JJ’s should hire a more qualified individual who is capable of doing his job.
I ordered using the app. It was fast and easy. I called them to ask for curbside because I didn't see an option for this, but there was a parking spot. They brought it right out to me! The unwich was perfectly wrapped, I was able to easily eat it in the car! So pleased!!!
My wife and I at nearly closing time not knowing they had limited hours due to staff shortage. They kindly accommodated us and even cut up lettuce to make our sandwiches for us. Excellent customer service!
Would’ve given 5 stars, but the two people working were very cold in demeanor. I’m not expecting fireworks to come out their ears, but a small smile or grin would’ve made the experience more welcoming. Saying “have a good day” with a scowl on is just a bummer man. A bit of a smile and some warmth goes a long way.

I ordered via their app at 545 pm and was excited for my food…. The order certainly wasn’t “freakishly Fast” at 615pm I drove to the Bluffton, Sc store only to be rudely told “we are closed” when I asked where’s my food the kid said I voided your order and called you…. Well he never did and cancelled it a couple minutes before I arrived. I called the customer service line and we’ll it seems the owner doesn’t care about this customers. Because that was 5 days ago and I was promised he would call….
This restaurant was clean and had friendly staff.

Really don't understand how this works. I placed an order while this jimmy johns was open. They took my money by time I got to the jimmy johns it was closed. I thought if you placed the order during hours and paid that you would at least get the food you paid for.
