I simply don't go here anymore. There are mores choices out there that are friendlier, and don't expect a tip for minimal doing their job. If you're in essence a fast food restaurant, don't ask me "do you want to leave a tip" after I've stood in line for 15 minutes, then asked "how about you" when it's finally my time to order, then ignored till it's the question about the tip.Do your job and be gracious that I'm there.Peace and be safe...
I always enjoy coming into this store. The management is always so friendly and helpful. This review goes beyond the food we get there. I have been in management for over 12 years and I have never encountered a manager that is as hard working as Sarah. She's always there and her regulars are treated like family. The owners need to give her a raise and also send her some help!!! Invest in the staffing of this store!!! I have encountered rude and disrespectful customers while waiting for my food and Sarah always tries in her best ability to defuse initial guest in this area. If I did not work in Savannah, I would hire her today !!! I also want to mention Edwin as well. Keep up the good work JM Bluffton SC...
Ordered on door dash & accidentally placed an order for the wrong sandwich (completely on me) but for the amount of money I'm paying, I'd like to have a sandwich I will enjoy so I figured I could just call the store and let them know my mistake. I have called this store eleven times. Eleven times. Not one time has my call been picked up. This is incredibly frustrating that they can't seem to pick up the phone. Other than that, the food is great.
Stopped in for a quick lunch when we were Christmas shopping. We had never tried Jersey Mike’s before so we thought we would give it a try. The restaurant was neat and clean the staff was pleasant and helpful. The subs were great and there was a very good variety sides. We will definitely try Jersey Mikes again

I did enjoy the food and the staff was very nice they got to me fast but I went to use the bathroom and toilet paper was on the floor and their was water as well on the floor. Hopefully it was just this one time and they regularly clean bathrooms Overall I did enjoy my experience.
1st time I came in. I asked for a mini sub and the guy rung me up for more then I asked for2nd time coming in there were 2white women and me I stood there for 5mins none of the employees were busy and no one asked what I wanted until I asked if someone could take me order3rd time coming in the cashier rung up the lady in front of me. She left.he then wrapped my sandwich and walked off without saying anything. He went to the back and then started cooking on the grill he never came back to ring me up. The customer service here is trash and the displayed food looks old when there is all men on a shift together
A perfect example of poor training combined with poor manners! Sadly, it seems more often than not, it's a TERRIBLE AND FRUSTRATING experience eating here. Bc of food allergies, I liked the idea of being able to specify what goes on my food. For whatever reason, through MULTIPLE TIMES/ MONTHS the staff MUST NOT understand English or listen well. They all speak English, but UNDERSTANDING OF THE LANGUAGE ELUDES THEM! They keep putting dangerous allergens in my food, or forget one or more of the >few (5)ingredients attitude many of the staff there has! I don't go there to experience attitude from teenage staffers when I won't deal with that at home! Their impotent/ unskilled management does little to train or correct staff, is typically apologetic but unremorseful or corrective for the poor treatment of customers. I walk out more frustrated than not after buying food there, and it simply isn't worth the hassle or terrible frustration it brings! FOR THE PRICE, THERE ARE BETTER PLACES!
I stopped eating at sandwich shops for many years. They have a GF bread option. Awesome!
