out of all the fast food take-out chinese places in this area, I like this place the best. Prices are reasonable and portions are large. Food with vegetables are fresh and cooked to order. BUT !! Their food and cooking is Chinese-American! and prepared for this southern area and population. Don't expect it to be like from areas from N.Y.C. , Chicago or other big towns or highly dense asian areas. They can and have added- cooked differently for me on some items upon request for a small extra price, if you ask politely. I find it very rude and not fair from other reviewers comparing it to garbage and other obscene comments. They are probably narcissist and have something stuck up where the sun don't shine.
I want to reaffirm that I’m a home cook that specializes in Italian and Asian. I have yet to find any of these specialties down here. My last take out was uneatable, minus the rice. I’m so sorry for people who never tasted Asian food from the North East. A very rare review when a P&J replaced 55 for two worth of food that went right in the receptacle. Would not even give it to the critters. This place was good when it opened. They cant find or train cooks or their is enough people who will eat dog food and be happy w it.
Originally from the Vestal New York area , I have been searching for a good Chinese restaurant which serves take out . We have a similar place in Vestal called Far East , and the mannerism of the staff culture is great . This is my second time ordering and , have found the food to be of quality taste and cooked to cuisine of the Chinese cooking . Outstanding service with a smile and taste .

I’m from New York and I can honestly say this is the best Chinese I’ve had in bluffton maybe even South Carolina as a whole. I got the sesame chicken combo and although the egg roll was subpar compared to the ones up north, the chicken and fried rice was surprisingly good and brought a huge smile to my face. I couldn’t stop thinking of home and it made my day while I was at work. It blows my mind that folks from Boston and such have the audacity to claim this Chinese spot is disgusting/bland/etc.. y’all don’t even have good Chinese in Boston ? this place is about as good as it gets down here ( take it from a New Yorker ? )
Avoid at all costs. Gets 1 star because you have to put at least one. Gave us the wrong order with shrimp, which husband is highly allergic to. Wanted us to bring it back before they would give a credit. Should be noted they didn't want to come get it. Did they plan on re-selling it???? Absolutely ridiculous!! Had been a long standing regular customer. Obviously don't care about keeping customers. Perhaps under new management, which is horrible. Plenty of other places to patronize.
Overall good Chinese food. Egg rolls are quite bland and need improvement, but everything else if good.
