Horrible experience. My family ate here on 7/29/22. Not only was it 90 or so degrees inside the restaurant, but the women's bathroom was " Out of order" because the toilet was clogged, without any signage. This place needs serious upkeep. My wife and I ordered a medium buffalo chicken pizza, it tasted decent but for $21 the size was laughable. This is the size of the Kids pizza my daughter received for $8.25. More than $2 per slice. Our grand total for our meal with $63 dollars, which again, due to the portion size is insane.
Impressed with the two staff we interacted with. Noah seated us, was extremely engaged with customers while constantly being busy. Ty our waiter worked hard to please us. Good to see these two young men wanting to work hard, a reflection of the restaurant's culture. As usual the food was right on.
Ordered medium hand tossed meatball ricotta pizza, came warm, soggy under cooked. Very disappointed as usually excellent. Told our waiter, she said new pizza guy, said she told manager, he’d said nothing to us, offered nothing. Not worth the $20 medium pizza. Won’t be going back to this location.
Great food, great atmosphere, especially if you're a Steelers fan (which I am). I had the Proboli (Stromboli Surpreme).
Never disappointed when this is a choice. Lunch or dinner- always great. The pizza’s are absolutely wonderful but so are a lot of their item menus!! A part of the serge restaurant group. The dining room is always kept nicely organized and clean. There is some outdoor seating. There is also a walk up to go window to grab your to go order. Staff is always friendly and nice… including the delivery drivers!!
The person who took my order was great, along with the person that welcomed me when I arrived. Unfortunately, the food wasn't what I paid for. Even after one of my items was found to be incorrect (by the server) and fixed, it still didn't have what it should have afterwards. They were out of meatballs, so they used the sliced meatballs from the pizza but didn't give an equivalent amount. Also one of our sandwiches (Club) was missing bacon. Not what we were used to after years of supporting this restaurant. I do appreciate the young lady that found the issue with one of my items and sent it back!
The wings were great! Then the pizza was really cheesy! So tasty! We ordered way too much! The Caesar was also crisp and fresh!
Amazing food! We got the dippers, bruschetta, and over under pepperoni pizza. The dippers was freshly made dough that was lightly fried. Served with marinara and a parmesan garlic sauce that was absolutely perfect. My mouth is watering while writing this review!!! I cannot wait to go back!
Went to this location for lunch. Ordered the lunch special. .soup and sandwich. The wedding soup was awful...mussy pasta, bad broth , tasted like it was out of a can. The things that were supposed to be meat balls, were like chunky dog food....the greens, if you can find them were old at best. Now the sandwich... horrible. I ordered the turkey hogie.. it was saturated in dressing with little meat and cheese.. no flavor..I suggest you don't get it. My husbands italion sandwich was equally bad.
