I've eaten here for years and never had a problem. Food is good. However, today I noti ed how dirty the counters and credit card machines were. I don't like dirt in a restaurant!
I only gave it 1 star because that’s the lowest but it really doesn’t even deserve that THE WORST MANAGER AND STAFF EVER!!!!!!!!! No Custumer service skill and for this to be a firehouse Built and created by Firefighters I’m very disappointed owners need to be more involved in the sense of their employees my family and I will NEVER return to this Bluffton SC location that’s how bad it was!!!!

The worst customer service ! A sandwich was made incorrectly due to a transcription/miscommunication. Instead of “management” having basic customer service skills, she was accusatory and down right nasty !
So the only reason why I give it three stars is for just a few reasons. It was our first time eating at this location and the garbage was overflowing. People placing their garbage on top of the can including the ones outside so it was a bit messy. And for three sandwiches it took roughly about 15 minutes but there was only a few workers so I didn't mind the wait.
Soggy meat and bread. Worst sub ever. 4 workers one evening and only the female making the subs. They forgot the pickles. Worst experience..will not go there again!
Firehouse Subs Low Country Village on Malphrus Road in Bluffton is a great place to go for quality sandwiches and cookies. I like the location and the way that they make everything here. The staff here is very friendly and efficient at getting everything together. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.
