We love Duncan's coffee, but service sucks and they never have a good selection of donuts? isn't their name Duncan Donuts?
My online order didn’t go through on the app, yet Dunkin’ Donuts still somehow took the money out of my bank account. I showed multiple workers at the drive thru but they didn’t seem to care. So I paid for a drink, drove there to get it and got nothing.
Went to grab some donuts for my kids and saw the girl dancing around., waited for them at the drive thru., the sign says closed till 8 pm., so went around and Tryed the door which aparently was locked saw the girl again and she said to go thru the drive thru , sat on my car for a few she just kept on dancing ignoring us ,,,… Shameless,,,
Love this Dunkins. Always fast and accurate with my orders! I always get the decaf iced signature latte cocoa mocha and they nail it every time! I have a caffeine sensitivity and they always make sure to do decaf. Way better than Starbucks who routinely give me full caf when I ask for decaf.
They were quick at the drive through, when I order ahead I just pop in and get what I ordered, you also earn points for free or discounts on items. Love the perks!!! Staff are friendly.
Horrible service! We waited 30 minutes for bacon and 2 bagels. There were about 7-10 people working and none of them asked if we needed anything as we sat there and waited. Made our drinks wrong and gave us the wrong donut. Horrible service
The donuts were good the service was...I understand that dealing with the public isn't anyone's dream job and I am not asking for the person behind the counter to be overly perky or falsely friendly, but at minimum I would like to be greeted and possibly given my total when it is time for my payment.
We stopped for iced coffees on our way to Savannah. They were Dunkin delicious. Good stuff. I shoulda got some Munchkins too. I love those dang little Munchkins.
Ordered a dozen donuts but they didn't have half of the varieties. Instead of assorted my dozen was 4 Boston creams, 2 brownie batter, and 6 cruellers. Guess no one woke up to make the donuts. What a disappointment.
