Wife gets gluten free and I don’t. They now have three sizes of gluten free instead of just one.

Waited 3 hours for pizza, got tired of waiting on hold for 20minutes so I drove to the store with my call on hold. An employee was in the store and showed him i was on hold for 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer while still on the phone call. Had to pick up my delivery order that stated was delivered. I only gave them 1 star because their isn't an option for 0 star

After waiting the standard hour the pizza tracker showed that it was out for delivery before almost immediately changing to delivered/completed. We waited about 45 minutes to call the store to see what was going on, just in case the driver was just a little behind. We waited on hold for 30 minutes before reading other peoples previous comments and realizing that the store never gonna pick up and all we could do is wait. I would have to agree with everyone else, this location is not worth the issues. We are still waiting 2 hours later :(

Not worth trying to order online, they will cancel after 45 min and not answer the phone. They need to shut down online ordering

The food is always on point... When I receive it. Which is the whole issue. You can order and just pray after that. Maybe you'll get the pizza within two hours, but probably not. Will the tracker work? Will it be accurate? Never. Every time I order it says it's delivered almost a full 20 minutes before we actually get a knock on the door, and that's after a two hour wait time. I understand it's more than likely all staffing issues. Corporate needs to get off their behinds and pay people what they actually deserve.

This location is not worth the hassle. numerous times they cancelled my order because the driver didn't want to pick my order. I've ordered online and the order was cancelled immediately. When I call they never pick up. they waisted my time and ruined my night

The pizza and sides were good, and Jaquan did his best to complete my order, BUT....he was the only one there -- so when I put my order in for 1:30, and according to the 'tracking' Jaquan quality checked at 1:11, and then called me at 1:45 to tell me that he had not yet begun my order because he had no delivery people, nor anyone else there at the store. I told him I would come by to pick it up, and when asked about reimbursing delivery fee (an order of $49+) he said he would have to void the entire order and re order -- not worth the trouble after being over an hour late in receiving my food..... I certainly realize that there are shortages in workers, shortages in products, and it was not Jaquan's fault in any way -- he was being swamped with calls and other orders and was doing the best he could, but Domino -- You advertise about 'Special Frees' when in actuality you cannot seem to get the basic order out, much less 'special frees' I appreciate greatly what Jaquan did, but I doubt seriously if I will eat/order/recommend Domino's Pizza.

Almost nothing was right. Sauce, cut, nothing.

Make me wait 4 hours for my order to be completely wrong never ordering from her again
