Updated hours on your website would be nice! Drove completely out of the way to visit your business to pick up a Father’s Day cake and when I arrived it was closed!! It’s 4:20pmon Sunday! You have signs posted on the door that you are now drive thru only which is fine but that sign says that you are open until 9pm! It’s only when you get to the drive they that there’s a different sign posted about closing at 4!! How can anyone know that until they waste their time getting to the store???
Google said they were open until 9:00pm and we drove all the way there from Hilton head 20 minutes arrived at 7:11 pm and a sign said they were closing early at 7:00 pm due to a lack of staffing. The person still there that informed they couldn't serve us since they were there since 9:30 in the morning was understandably upset as we're we. We won't spend our money here and you shouldn't either super disappointing change your Google information if you are short staffed and offer a reasonable wage so you can get employees.
Worst Ever DQ, don't botherWaited 30 minutes at window for car ahead order. We pull up and tell us we need to go back to menu board and order. We told them no one asked or acknowledged us, told us they didn't hear us there. Told us they could not take our order. Asked for Mgr told us he just left, ummm, right. Rude and only blank stares from their faces. Would love to speak with owner on this one. BAD customer service, poor training of employees. Never spending a dime there....
I order a cake 4 days ago. Made a special trip to the store to pick it up to find out “the manager/owner didn’t tell us to make it”. This was for a birthday. Terribly run establishment
Only two people working and they were really busy, the lady working the front didn't know how to make everything, I really felt bad for them because they were so busy. The only reason it's 3 stars is because the ice cream wasn't to its normal standard. It was almost runny and already melted when it came out of the dispenser.
rude manager rude staff and they are slow I came by last weekend for chicken tenders they were half cooked ice cream had melted and they did not want to remake it horrible place to go, go inside to get the rest my order and saw roaches by the drink machine do not recommend this filth.
It's DQ for cryin' out loud! All I had were the onion rings - and I wanted more. It was the drive through, it worked fine and the team inside seemed to be having a good time. All good!
My husband's experience today at 2:54pm... never ever share stuff like this ...However, here is a prime example on why fast food customer service has gone down hill so bad when you have an owner that finds feedback hilarious!!I wasn't asking for free food,wasn't asking for a refund, just wanted to understand what makes this acceptable. Did you know that it's common practice according to Bluffton DQ and owner that your already made (mayo,tomatoes, etc)burger goes into a booster oven"nuke" to warm up the protein....the patty is made "fresh" on a flame grill per owner but gets "warmed up"...make it make since that mayo ,lettuce, tomatoes went in a oven ??? 2 spoiled tea's but I made that up apparently because they ALWAYS make it fresh!!!!And Don't get me started on the little boy under 4 or 5..maybe younger running around THE KITCHEN!!!Not the dining room ,THE KITCHEN!!As a new owner of this establishment, this owner doesn't care about your feedback.. .Nothing like biting into rubbery bread,hot mayo,and hot lettuce and tomatoes.And an owner that thinks it's funny???

Great soft-serve ice cream for dine in our takeout. Food is also served here. Ice cream cakes are available for purchase. Dining room was very neat and clean during my visit. Staff was efficient. My friend could not get the Blizzard of her first choice due to lack of ingredient. I did not have that problem and thoroughly enjoyed my Snickers Blizzard.
