My husband and a friend played this course. They were very disappointed. The cart paths were bad the greens were rough . Well designed course But no upkeep.
The course is in terrible shape.cart paths are dangerous with chunks of cement missing and heaps of sand not dirt for filling. Greens were horrible. We had to skip hole 16 due to the guy mowing and sprinklers on at the same time. Absolutely no etiquette.
Pleasantly surprised by the conditions after seeing quite a few negative reviews. The greens were in good shape. The fairways were very good to a couple being bad. Some cart paths were a little rough, but personally care less about cart paths being perfect which you would expect from the courses in the 125 and up price range, but don’t always get for that price. The layout is great and staff is friendly. The course is not that far from 4 stars. I can’t recall the last I gave a course 5 starts, so I’m not an easy grader…
Played today, the scenery was beautiful the fairways are all burnt, all were good with the exception of number 6. Couldn't find a spot that had any grass. The greens were great with the exception of number 15 (fungas, almost all dirt). Overall enjoyed the day and the course will play again.
Course was ok, not great, especially a few of the greens. They were working on the restaurant and no beer for the golfers and not even crackers or chips. Not a huge deal had they told us when we made the tee times! All of that should have added up to a discount in price. There wasn’t. There are much better options at that price point.
We played Crescent Point on February 23, 2022. The ownership and management of this place ought to be ashamed. This course was in pathetic condition. I am not joking. It was the absolute worst goat track I have seen in years, and they have the gall to charge $80 green fees When we voiced our dissatisfaction, the staff was very unsympathetic. I do not recommend that you waste your money here.
The course is in horrible condition and not worth the value. Played on 02/23/2022. You can’t find a blade of grass. All dirt, including tee boxes. Complained to staff. Staff could care less and not sympathetic even though I brought 5 guys on vacation from out of state. Staff said every course is in same condition this time of year. Completely false.
Those who don’t rate this a 5 don’t understand how to play a tough course.You will lose balls. You will be challenged.Great course. Great experience.
