I witnessed absolutely disgusting leadership and behavior today when the manager of the chipotle yelled at 2 members of the staff in front of me. One member was by himself on the line while the manager stood behind and heckled him as he made food for customers. He then went to the back of the kitchen to yell at another member of staff, he threw his hands out in frustration and acted like a child throwing a temper tantrum, before returning to the front of the store. He then came back up to the line to help prep food and gave me and the others behind me terrible customer service and a bad attitude. The manager in question was a large man with a beard that was trimmed but not bushy. He had black hair. I am appalled at how he treated his members of the staff and the way he spoke to customers. Not only did he yell at staff but yelled at staff in front of customers.
Lunchtime on a Monday. No Lettuce. No Fresh Salsa. No Green Salsa. My Guac was only filled half full. I love Chipotle, but not here.
Love the Chipotle chain, they only use real ingredients in their food and don’t load up their food with chemicals. Their manager Matt at the Bluffton location is extremely friendly and accommodating with a special order request!
Disappointed in the Guest Service Recovery at this location. Received poor quality (uncooked and undercooked) food in online order last week. Called to point out and received a free meal for two on them from who I thought was the manager. Went to get free meal and was asked at the register by the “GM” for money to pay for the chips. Not only did the so called GM not know about the issue but was poor to deliver guest service recovery. Have been going to this location since they opened in 2014 and have definitely seen the decline in service and food quality.
Made my order through DD. Food was tasty ?? and fresh.
I eat here regularly and it’s usually decent, but today I was given a very small portion, so small that when I said something to the person at the register they seems to agree.
The burrito bowl had a few pieces of chicken nothing else,the price was redicous, the steak burrito was so small I needed megnafing glass to see it.When I called Chipotle they said call door dash. Door Dash did not make the meal.DO NOt order from the Bluffton Chipotle unless you want to be ripped off!!!
It's a fast food powerhouse. Always great. Watch your take-out though. They often forget to add items abd you won't know it until you get home.
Always fast and the steak stays on point!
Ordered through DoorDash, The initial order placed was stolen off the shelf. They remade the order and rushed it. The order was improperly prepared, chips were too salty. I only request that if you’re in the business of serving others, please give your best at what you’re doing! I pay for service as well as the food.
