I have been to Chin Dynasty three times since moving to the area from Ohio. Overall, the food is good. Each time I have placed my take out order via their online app found on the website. Two weeks ago, I arrived five minutes before the order was supposed to be ready. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I was finally greeted and asked for my phone number. My order had been missed. I waited another 20 minutes for the preparation of my food. Tonight, I placed another to go order via their website. I waited for about 10 minutes before finally asking someone about my order. I was told that the kitchen staff will announce orders as they come out of the kitchen. After another 10 minutes, I asked the bartender to please check on my order. Another 10 minutes go by before someone helps me. Again, I'm told that the order was "missed" and the food had not been prepared. Another 15 minutes later, my order comes out. One of the entrees was missed and not prepared. Then one of the staff tells me that online ordering is worthless because they only pay attention to phoned in orders and Door Dash orders. In total, I spent 50 minutes waiting. By the time I got home, most of the food was cold and past prime. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I highly do not recommend them.
The food is the best in Bluffton, but what happen to the spare ribs???? I tried the boneless spare ribs and they are an epic fail! Super thin pork, dried out and coated with sauce. Bring back the ribs on the bone…
We searched all over for a good Chinese Restaurant when we moved here from Ohio. We started with the ones closest to Sun City and branched out from there. It took a while to find a great one. Chin Dynasty has very delicious food and a great variety to choose from. The restaurant is clean and the wait staff is really friendly and efficient. This is our go to place for Chinese food.
This place was alright. I wasn't very impressed with the food, but the service was good. I had the sesame chicken and we ordered the Westwood sushi roll. I might give it another try and order something different.
Very disappointed with this place, we had heard good things about the food, but it was average. First of all the place is a mess, delivery items all over the bar, boxes of soy and other sauces and signs for door dash delivery people. The first impression was not good, we would have liked to sit and have a drink before dinner but not possible. We sat in a nice booth, but the food was below average. The chicken with cashew nuts was not very hot or flavorful, very bland. Husband had snow shrimp and chicken which was over loaded with mushrooms and hardly any shrimp. I feel bad, they are short staffed, guess due to covid, but need to straighten this place out to make it more inviting
First let me say the food is good. However, the place is in serious need of a revamp OR a wash down. Place is grimy and dark. Even the curtain leading to the kitchen has holes!! Service is almost non existant, but it's tough all over finding staff and the staff that is there are nice happy people. Big plus is the menu with gluten free dishes.
This was the first time I ordered from there. We all loved the food. Really delicious
Good portions, owners are hard working and very nice and the food has good flavor. Kids meals are a generous portion as well.

Ate here tonight for the first time. I've been meaning to try it for awhile and when some friends suggested we go, we were happy to, but we weren't expecting much. We were very pleasantly surprised. The hot and sour soup was superior. The dumplings were average but ok. The szechuan shrimp was more like shrimp in garlic sauce than the szechuan shrimp I'm used to, but it tasted very good. The shrimp pad thai was as good as any we've had. The chicken with walnuts and orange chicken were both top notch. The portions were large and the prices quite reasonable (except for the $8.50, fairly small glass of chardonnay). All in all, we will definitely be back.
