I love Chic-fil-A and have been too many locations in my home state (PA) and other states while traveling. I'm always impressed with their service, professionalism and organization. That being said, the Bluffton, SC location seemed completely disorganized at least when ordering inside. Immediately upon entering I noticed a customer complaining about her order that they messed up. As I observed further, I observed approximately 15 employees behind the counter just kinda standing around looking lost. I say that because I was the only person in line and it must have taken about 4 min before someone even asked me how they could help me. Definitely not as attentive as what I've experienced at previous locations. Not sure what's going on at this specific location but it definitely isn't running like the well oiled machine I'm used to.
I definitely understand the effort to move things along quicker with such a high volume location however doing this has totally ruined your customer experience. I haven't eaten here in a while do to the long lines but my wife convinced me it moves quickly and it does however my order was taken before I even got to the menu without a chance to even see what is available for reference. The gentleman taking it didnt even offer to walk up to the menu or show me one for reference so I just ordered what I knew you had basic chicken sandwich and some nuggets. Only to pass the menu and see you had a tasty looking salad I wish I would've been able to see to order instead. In the end I didnt get sauce, got the wrong drink, sandwiches were wrong somehow and fries were unfortunately very soggy by the time I got this all fixed and sat down to eat. Slow it down and focus more on taking care of your guests that are in front of you. Gonna hold off until ots slow and go inside see if that's any different.
Everyone knows that Chick-fil-A is one of the best, most reliable fast food chains around. That being said, i am shocked by the Bluffton location. The last 3 times I've gone there, my nuggets were not fresh and the fries were very soggy. I brushed it off and figured it was because they had recently reopened. At this point it has been months since they've reopened and today i get my salad and they give me no dressing. I waited in a line wrapped around the parking lot, just to have a salad with no dressing and going back to get the dressing with lines that long would have made me late for work. Waste of 15 dollars. Worst chik-fil-A location I've ever been too.
Went to Chick-fil-a Bluffton on two different occasions in the last two weeks and each time I was missing a sandwich that we ordered and paid for. How difficult is it to get the order correct. If it happened to me twice in two weeks then it is probably happening to other customers. That is what they get for having teenagers as night managers. They have lost me as a customer
CFA does not disappoint. Easy access from the highway, but hard to see due to the crazy Bluffton rules on signage...
Always give good service and the food is always fresh
Really need to do something with this parking lot. I was told to wait on my order in the parking lot after using express lane. Do you know how long it takes to get OUT of the drive thru when you are in it? To try and get back in that lot? No thanks. Cancelled and left.
We are visitors from Michigan and it is always a pleasure to visit any Chick-fil-A. Even though the drive thru was backed up, we were able to get parking and dine in. The wait for service was less than 30 secs, food delivered to our table after our order was complete was less than 5 mins. Everything was tasty and delicious!!We highly recommend this location.
My wife and I stopped by after watching a high school baseball game to get dinner. I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich combo only to find out after waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes that they didn't have any waffle fries. Then when I requested ketchup, only to find out that they didn't even have ketchup. They swapped out the waffle fries for potato chips and still charged me full price. Unfortunately the sandwich was not warm enough to melt the cheese on sandwich. Very disappointed.
Consistently good food and friendly people. Whether you like your chicken grilled or fried, both varieties are tasty and cooked properly. Chick-fil-A is quite busy at lunch, but the drive through line moves pretty quickly.
