Much different than the last time we were in before Covid quarantines. Dirty, sticky, nasty floors and counters. Almost every ice cream name marked out or taped over and very few choices. The grocery stores have more flavors to choose from even with the food shortages. What we did get was good but not rushing to go back and fight the parking lot..just not worth the trip and trouble. Teens were loitering not eating ice cream at all the outdoor tables so our group of 8 had to stand around inside or on a very crowded sidewalk.
Jeff was super helpful and easy to work with for our wedding. All we had to do was pick the flavors we wanted and Jeff took care of the rest. Set up, service, and tear down were seamless - we didn't have to worry about a thing. Guests loved having ice cream instead of cake at the wedding.
My son and I enjoyed a mommy and son day @ Ben & Jerry's. Our experience was pleasurable!! We were both greeted by the owner himself. He thanked us for patronizing his business. He made us feel special. Let's just say..he added the cherry on top of our experience.? The ice cream sundae was super delicious!!?My son is now geared to return for his birthday. I would definitely recommend this ice cream shop. You won't be disappointed!!Sabrina?

I am extremely disappointed, it is completely unprofessional to have set business hours and not abide by them. We arrived at 8:45 to your location that closes at 9pm. You are the only provider of delicious ice cream in Bluffton and you disappoint your costumers by misleading them into thinking they have a chance at scoring some Ben and Jerry’s ice cream when in reality they do not.Change your business hours if you plan on being disloyal to the public.Sincerely, Bluffton locals and lovers of sweets
