We moved to Bluffton a few months ago and just discovered this restaurant. I had the turkey sandwich and potato salad a few days ago and it's all I can think about. The bread is fresh and tasty, the turkey is incredible, and the potato salad is...life-changing. I am so thankful to have stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant and will be back...so...many...times...
I ordered the Rachel. The medium was HUGE....Probably should've gotten a small. It was so good that I ate the whole thing and was stuffed!Great selection, super fresh ingredients and friendly people. We will be back!

A great variety of sandwiches. The bread is fresh and holds the sandwich together perfectly. The turkey club was really good; the turkey is real, and the bacon was tasty and cooked just right. The muffaletta is no where near a traditional muffaletta. It had a garlic mayo on it, no salami and not enough olive salad. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back.
Reuben is a layered bonanza (only one I’ve tried so far..) and the french bread is on point! All at a stellar price. would recommend ?
This place never disappoints. Their sandwiches are amazing and its because of the spin they do on their breads.Totally awesome french bread. Do not underestimate the size of the sandwiches. LolSo glad this restaurant is in Bluffton. Great addition! Try it if you haven’t- you will not be disappointed!
Best of Bluffton. Best sandwich you will find in the low country. It won't break the bank and you are supporting a small local business not a chain. Can't add a photo cause I ate it so fast.
We moved to Bluffton at the tail end of August...and today was the first time we went to Alvin Ord's of Bluffton for lunch....WHAT WERE WE THINKING waiting so long???...it was freakin’ fabulous....I had the turkey club, my wife the French dip. It would be impossible to properly use words to describe the explosion of flavors...what a local gem!! Now the challenge is to keep working our way through the list of sandwiches.....having been born and raised in The Bronx where you could get a great sandwich on any corner Alvin Ord’s exceeded my wildest expectations
Great little sandwich shop & the bread is excellent. Dine in if you’re in no rush as it gets pretty busy. Ordered online & order is ready when you get there. Had 3 different sandwiches so far and all were great most times more than I could eat save 1/2 for later.Reasonably priced freshly made sandwiches.
Amazing sandwiches and quaint ambiance, love their screened in porch! The rueben is outstanding, be aware that they use spicy mustard rather than Russian dressing. I actually liked the sub of the mustard better than the dressing but some ppl may be disappointed. I’ve also had their blt (minus the L, they use shredded iceberg which I’m not a fan of). One star deduction simply bc I’m not a fan of iceberg and because they wouldn’t let me just swap jalapeño bacon for the regular bacon on the blt, I had to add it like any other sandwich. So I got unnecessary double bacon ( they give you a lot!) But the jalapeño bacon alone is reason enough to go here! Will definitely be back!
